Maggie is great. I have a small apartment building and I always request Maggie. She’s very knowledgeable shows up on time and does a great job.

Kalob and Maggie are a great team. They communicated well and have a great personality. They scoped my main line and found a hole in the pipe that 3 other companies missed. Not happy to see the hole but glad they took the time to scope the line properly.

I just went under contract and needed to get a scope of the sewer line ASAP. They scheduled the very next day. Maggie was awesome and explained everything wonderfully. She was very professional and even my dogs who hate strangers liked her. Highly recommend.

The serviceman who came over was Ben and let me just say he was absolutely amazing.He helped extra and also gave good advice when he had no reason to he worked outside of his job by going "beyond and above" and I can truly say , I appreciate that. There are very few people left like him, really "helping the little guy" lmao🙏🏾thank you Ben 😊

I had a very difficult situation to deal with that included a blocked sewer main at a commercial property 2 days before Christmas.....
Timing was terrible!!!!

$99 rooter sent me 2 different plumbers to address the issue, and one of them cut 2 big holes into my wall and charged me $2200 without solving the issue. They then gave me a quote for $16,000 to cut concrete and "investigate" with no assurances to solve the problem. aaargh!

I bailed on this resource and decided to wait until the week after Christmas and find a more reputable/capable plumber. I found someone else who came out and charged me 1/2 of what $99 Rooter charged and and was able to clear the main clog in a few hours.

$99 Rooter seemed like a good resource, but their contractor was very incapable, and led to excessive costs and damage repair.

Kalob and Maggie were super prompt and helped us out when we were in a bind on the weekend. Quick and painless experience!

Robert is the best. Highly recommend using him. Had a big name company quote me $5,000, Robert came in and found the one part that needed replaced. $332 for the entire job. He also talked me through the entire fix so I could learn to fix it myself! Cannot recommend him enough!

I’ve had multiple issues with our plumbing in our basement. The first time I called. They came out to take a look at the drain in the laundry room that continually seems to overflow. . We had poured some type of Drano down the drain in the night before, and it appeared that the clogg had passed.
After doing a load of laundry, noticed all the water on the floor. So I called back they sent Ben and he was awesome. He found where the clog was, and cleaned out the pipes with grime and built up dirt.
He was extremely professional and knowledgeable , explained everything what he was going to do. He was even nice enough to clean up his space afterwards I was very pleased that he even rerouted a pipe and a hose so that it would make things a little bit easier when the water would drain from the washer machine. My landlord loves his work and so I do!
Would recommend and will use them again.

5-star service with Maggie & Kalob going the extra mile to get my drain cleared. They even came back the next day to make sure the drain was working after a big freeze. I’ll definitely recommend them to others. Fair, upfront pricing for the hydro jet we needed for our old plumbing.

The kitchen sink was backed up, and we couldn't fix it ourselves.
Maggie came over, very friendly. I had the chance to chat with her a bit, and she's super cool. She rides bikes and likes trucks! She's an authority on the job. She wasn't noisy or messy. Maybe 20 minutes tops she was finished and cleaned up. The sink was all good to go, she explained it to me well, and off she went. I asked her about her company and she had nothing but praise for her company and coworkers. I was very satisfied with the job she did. 10/10, would call her again.

Caleb & Maggie showed up right away on Super Bowl Sunday and got to work . Ran into a few unexpected issues and they worked super hard to get the job done!! Price was more than fair for all they did . These guys are 🔥 and would for sure use them again and highly recommend their services .

2nd time we've used 99 Rooter and 100% recommend! First time they had to do a clean up but this time they took at a look at everything and gave honest feedback instead of ripping us off like so many companies these do days. Big shout out to Justin for his honesty and great customer service! We own a few houses and are now loyal to 99 Rooter and will be requesting Justin in the future!
