Dennis diagnosed the issue immediately, explained what was happening, and had it fixed quickly. The odor vanished, the drain runs perfectly, and he left the area spotless.

Update: We had Dale come by a week later to fix an issue with our tankless water heater. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had the system running optimally within an hour. He was knowledgeable and personable, which seems to be the status quo with the professionals of A Perfect Plumber.

If there was a 6th star, I'd award A Perfect Plumber it. The office staff is extremely communicative, and the technical folks analyzed my furnace carefully and diagnosed the problem. Instead of trying to upsell a new furnace, as another company tried to do, A Perfect Plumber fixed the actual problem and saved me thousands of dollars. Very honest and trustworthy!

We’ve had three residential jobs done by A Perfect Plumber now. The most recent was for our basement bathroom which involved moving a drain pipe, setting a shower, replacing some drain pipe under the foundation and running new pipe to a vanity. Pricing, service, and workmanship continues to be outstanding. They are our go-to plumber.

So many good things to say about A Perfect Plumber! Had a laundry standpipe replaced. Initial call to completed work in less than a week! Great communication! Very reasonable pricing. Personable, yet professional, staff. Incredible clean up after the job. Recommend at the highest level! (And I’m a super critical person raised in the NE).

My job was minor (leaking shutoff valve inside the house and a leaking outdoor faucet) but the service was great. The servicemen did not try to sell me anything I did not need, and provided helpful guidance and a recommendation for self-monitoring. I will not hesitate to call A Perfect Plumber again.

A Perfect Plumber replaced my old gas-fired water heater with a new tankless, as well as all new gas piping from the meter to the heater and HVAC system. Their work was clean, their price was reasonable, and they were easy to work with. I'd recommend.

Perfect Plumber is awesome. They did my home renovation and have since come back for other issues that arose. Not many reliable and affordable guys out there for plumbing. I have gone through a handful! No one is as good or as affordable as Perfect Plumber. Steve is solid and helps navigate common sense solutions and is honest. Appreciate this so much when everyone seems to be trying to screw you over.

Michael is a fantastic plumber. He has been out twice in the last few months to service our rental unit. He replaced faucets as well as shut off valves to our sinks and toilet. He is promt, friendly and his attention to detail it top notch. We also had this company service our AC unit earlier this summer....another great experience. The gentleman was extremely knowlegeble and got our unit up and running in a timely manner. Scheduling is always a breeze with a great sense of customer service. I highly reccomend this company for amazing service!

A Perfect Plumber is the absolute best! I kinda don’t want anyone to know how good they are so we can have them all to ourselves. We’ve had the team work on our house at least a half-dozen times and every plumber they sent has been knowledgeable and honest. We won’t call anyone else!

A Perfect Plumber has been our long-time go-to plumbing company for our home in Denver. Scheduling is always efficient and friendly. The plumbers are knowledgeable, skilled, and show great attention to detail—pricing is also very reasonable. I highly recommend working with A Perfect Plumber. I have worked with them on multiple projects over several years and I have always been satisfied with their quality and service.  I’m a residential general contractor who likes to do much of the work myself -e.g. design, framing, drywall, trim and even electrical- but not the plumbing!  Plumbing is an industry that has changed drastically in the past 50 years and is constantly evolving.  I need someone who can come into a remodel, addition or new build with confidence and with experienced manpower to problem solve and get the job done right the first time. A Perfect Plumber has been invaluable to me and my clients in that respect.  They do a great job, and they warranty their work.

An example of a complicated project that A Perfect Plumber completed to a high standard for one of my projects was expanding an old boiler system as part of an addition I was doing in a mixed use commercial/residential property build in the 1890’s.  They successfully met many challenges in designing, sizing and installing that expanded system correctly, in addition to all of the water and gas line work we needed.

One huge plus for me when working with A Perfect Plumber is that they have superb office administration, and good employee retention. You can call and actually talk to a person and put in scheduling requests, and over the years I have worked with the same people again and again.  They recently implemented a new system that tells you via text who has been assigned to your job and when they’re due to get there.  You can even track their arrival in real time.  This kind of thing makes my life as a project manager much easier.  I find it impressive that A Perfect Plumber continually improves their service, and I hope to continue working with them for years to come.

Oh my, really Chris Coleman, Gerald and Dale have been incredibly helpful. We plan to replace a 75 gal hot water heater and update that installation to current code.

Also, we were having a slow gas leak on a supply line to a boiler ( that area was isolated and gas shut off at the leaks). Dale did this!

Chris gave us much to consider regarding our home and will fix the two locations where the leaks are.

The entire company has been very responsive, communicating really well, verbally, in text and email.

So far our experience has been platinum! Really amazing in this age of less personal contact and service. A Perfect Plumber company stands out amongst the crowd.

Weeks later…
Dale came out to fix two gas leaks. He was wonderful and gave us great service and assured the fix was complete with testing.
Also he showed us some workings to a boiler and feedback about a flow meter/alarm system in the house.

Really solid team of professionals! I feel fortunate to have learned about them.

For months I had a recurring odor under the kitchen sink that home remedies did not cure. I found A Perfect Plumber using an AI search and am happy to say I totally agree with their 5 star rating. Dennis was great. Determined the issue was a faulty Studor drain vent coupled with the fact the pipes had not been properly glued together. An hour later the smells are gone. Great service at a reasonable price.

Steve and Mitch replaced our failing water filtration system with a Halo 5 system, removed an old reverse osmosis system, and reworked the bypass system with proper expansion PEX for better flow and made everything extremely organized and efficient. They were fabulous! They were very informative, professional, and very good at what they did. We could not have been happier with the results. Everything was clean and organized when they were finished. Thank you!!

Tankless Water Heater Installation -

Dale and his team at Perfect Plumber were outstanding from start to finish. They came highly recommended, and now we completely understand why. We replaced two 50-gallon water heaters with a Navien tankless system, and the work was top-notch. The install was clean, professional, and clearly done with pride and attention to detail.

Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process. When we had to reschedule last minute due to the Xcel power outage, they were incredibly flexible and accommodating, which made a stressful situation much easier.

The system works perfectly, looks great, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. We’re genuinely glad we chose Perfect Plumber and would recommend Dale and his team without hesitation to anyone considering a tankless upgrade or any plumbing work.

Friendly techs but it took 2 of them to figure out how to unclog our kitchen sink and three separate trips across 2 days. Techs were unprepared with the needed tools hence the additional visits and was charged for a jetting service that probably wasn’t needed should the original tech had the needed long line.

Amazing work by Kalob! Explained everything upfront, and while he was performing the scope and cleaning! Appreciate his honesty! Highly recommend!

Dangerous, dishonest, sloppy, ripoff artists - though that gives a bad name to artists, which these guys are certainly NOT. They terrified my friend that was staying at the house when the sewer backed up, by not calling as promised before they arrived - disheveled and snarly. Then they proceeded to up and up and up the price to $1,024.65 - yes, you read right - for what was to be a $99 job. They put the toilet back very crooked, didn't cut the mounting bolts, left sewer refuse all over the garage floor and wall, etc. etc. A nightmare of a company - if you call it that.

As a property manager - we have 99 problems.... but our go to rooter service, 99 Rooter is not one! We've been working with this company for 11+ years and have completed many hundreds of jobs with them. They've been there for us in a pinch too many times to count and even when something goes wrong every blue moon - they work with us to make it right. We have greatly appreciated the relationship and highly recommend. Thank you!
