Awful! The first repairman was arrogant and told me that the refrigerator freezer and the dishwasher would both be over $300+ dollars to repair! The visit was $135 for the fridge and another $75 for the dishwasher. I said NOWAY for the dishwasher! I can buy a brand new dishwasher for $299! The repairman said “Go ahead!” Just soo arrogant! He didn’t even care that the cost of repairing was more than a new purchase! Then, the fridge, I refused to have the same repairman come back so another very nice man came back and he diagnosed a completely different issue than the first arrogant repairman! He said he would need to order a new icemaker, it would be another week before it came and at the same cost of the first repairman estimate. He came back a week later and installed the icemaker and stated I would have ice in 24 hours. Well, NO ICE! I called and left a message that the ice maker was cycling and making no ice. I wasn’t happy. The icemaker was quite noisy also. I explained I wasn’t going to pay anymore money for the replacement or to FIX whatever else they say was wrong. I was told that only repair men are visiting after Christmas due to the holidays!i was furious! I was unhappy. I decided to have them come back and try again and hope for the best. The repairman could NEVER fix the icemaker and said he had BAD NEWS! Now there is a 3rd undetected problem
The wires on the door are now used too much and have been severed. A new freezer door needs to be ordered. A cost of $1400-$1600!!!!!!!!! Are you kidding me?? So, I was refunded $260 but still paid $136 and $75 for the initial “consultation” that resulted in 3 different issues that were left “unresolved”. I was completely “RIPPED OFF!!!” DO NOT TRUST COLUMBINE APPLIANCE! It’s all about making $$and and not helping the customer. I wasted a lot of money for NOTHING!!! Such a disappointment!!!!!!

Jim came once to see what was wrong with the glass in the new oven door and again the following week to replace the bad glass. I was so thrilled that both weeks he showed up 2 minutes early and was so nice and efficient. I would recommend Columbine Appliance & Fireplaces AND Jim.

Andrew (#95) was excellent. Quick and responsive. Explained everything very clearly and made us feel safe again with our appliance.

Steer well clear of this company, at least for fireplace repairs. Completely dishonest. After failing to fix my issue, they gave an offensively high quote, lying claiming the part costs them $800, which is more than the entire service should cost. After confronting them, they pretended they'd made a "mistake" and offered a cheaper quote, but I still found someone to do the work for a fraction of that. I'm sure they would have happily taken my money for the original quote had I never checked. Get a second opinion for fireplace work!

Matt came to our home today and cleaned and repaired our Heat n Glo heater. I never knew there was depth to this feature! He was absolutely so polite and left a gorgeous fireplace! Amazing work! Look how reflective the picture is! The fire goes way back! Thank you Matt and Columbine!

The technician was absolutely wonderful, but the company's dishwasher repair pricing is high.
$134 just to look at it or over $450 for a very quick repair. They'll get the job done, but please be very aware of the cost before your appointment.

Our technician, Keith was amazing. Very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He was able to fix our fireplace, which had been inoperable for years. We highly recommend Keith and Columbine Appliance. Great experience.

Andrew tech #95 was at our home and very quickly solved problems either our dryer and washer. He is a great guy and a fantastic representative of your company. If we have any issues in the future we would definitely want Andrew to come back to our home.

Drew recently diagnosed our microwave issues and had us back going again in short order. His knowledge of Kitchen Aid appliances and how they work was appreciated, but his knowledge of microwave technology and the ability to explain it to us was truly appreciated! Thank you, Drew!

Andrew made everything super easy and got the dishwasher up and running again. It was covered under a warranty, so I can't speak to pricing, but the experience was very positive and smooth.

Repair person name is Keith and her replace the remote control for our Mendota fireplace. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and took the time to explain the functions on the new emote. Excellent review.

Easy to schedule an appointment within 2 days of the refrigerator failing. Our technician Andrew diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced a faulty part in the same appointment. The price for service and part was reasonable. Andrew was knowledgeable, professional, efficient and courteous. Can't recommend Columbine Appliances and Andrew highly enough.

This is the second time Andrew has come to our house for repairs - once to our microwave, next our dishwasher. Even tho we were unhappy our appliances weren't working, we actually were happy to once again visit with Andrew. He is very professional and offers us learning tips for our appliances. I had an excellent experience with Columbine Appliance and their technician, Andrew. They exceeded my expectations by fixing the issues with my Jenn-Air Oven/Microwave combo unit. Andrew always arrived on time, respected my property, set realistic expectations for backordered parts and demonstrated his expertise. To top it off, everyone was incredibly friendly.

Jason arrived on time and handled the repair very efficiently. I appreciated that he went the extra mile to triple check that there wouldn’t be any leaking the next time I ran the dishwasher. Columbine always provides great service.

Drew came out to address a gas smell with our oven. He is super knowledgeable and got the issue resolved. He’s very pleasant and we will use this company and Drew again if needed.
