Columbine Appliance has great customer service and their techs are friendly and capable. I've used them many times at several homes using multiple services. Most recently they repaired a couple of gas fireplaces and I was very satisfied. Last week, Nick helped resolve a washer/dryer issue, and he fixed the problem quickly and for a great price. It was an innovative solution and I was hugely pleased! Nick also spent time patiently answering my questions. Having used this company for repairs and services for years - for fireplaces, washers & dryers, a dishwasher and stove, I can certainly highly recommend Columbine Appliance & Fireplaces!

Drew at Columbine was super helpful and knowledgeable at troubleshooting our speed queen dryer that's had recent issues. This is the second time he's been out to our house to fix this unit, and each time he was timely, informative, thorough and immensely kind. I will not hesitate to call Columbine in the future and will also certainly request Drew by name!

Have used Columbine before and always had great experiences with them. This call was to diagnose and repair my fridge that had ice buildup in the bottom vents. Jim was on time, worked quickly to treat the problem, and gave honest advice on how to move forward. This consistency in professionalism is why I always look to Columbine for my appliance repair needs.

This is the company that is authorized by Whirlpool to do warranty repairs. I was able to get a very fast appointment. Andrew, the technician that came out to do the repair, was awesome; very experienced and informative. He knew exactly what he was doing and was done in under 20 minutes. My dogs even liked him :) Thank you!

Matt provided excellent service and came prepared to fix our dishwasher leak. So grateful for Columbine’s continued amazing service on all our appliances.

Ryan and the entire Columbine team provided wonderful service. We have had problems with our Maytag washer and dryer, even though they are only a few years old. Ryan diagnosed the issues efficiently and arranged for fast parts delivery so that we were down for only a couple days. He explained the underlying problems clearly, which I always appreciate. Andrew-master tech, came out to our home for a fireplace general clean and inspection. We had it done 3 years ago by someone else and it was a night and day difference with the quality provided today. Our fireplace looks so much different and in a hugely positive way-clean inside and out, log placement with much better and correct placement, new embers placed (too many before), and flames with amazing difference. Thank you Andrew for making our fireplace looks fabulous.
