They were horrible. Worst cleaners I have ever had. They were supposed to do a deep clean. I will share a few of the pictures I took of my house right after they left. And I had my regular cleaners clean my house a few days before the supposed deep clean. They told me they would do all baseboards, doors, windows, etc. These are only a few of many pictures I took of my house after it was cleaned.

I've been using Household Solutions for monthly cleaning for over a year and I haven't looked back. The communication is great. We always get a notification of our upcoming cleaning and time of arrival, as well as post-cleaning check-in to make sure everything is in order. And they have been flexible when we have conflicts with our regular schedule.

Household Solutions has been easy to communicate with, very professional, and has done a thorough job in helping this busy, working mom/family get the house back on track. Our family of 5 plus 2 dogs keeps our place in constant disarray. I was able to pick up but never had time to really get the house "clean." By the time I did a couple rooms, it was weeks before we came back around to clean them again and it was a constant issue. It's been helpful to have Household Solutions come in about every 3 weeks to keep the house looking much better and motivating my family to pick up more consistently (And I don't have to nag the family to help more and take a whole weekend to get it looking clean. We can spend actual quality time together instead of completing a to-do list!) I highly recommend giving yourself some grace and the gift of time by calling Household Solutions to help you when you don't know how to get it all done yourself. Sometimes we just need to ask for help and Bri and her team are just that!
