We have been using cleaners regularly for 15 years. We recently switched to Household Solutions when we moved and have been happy with their service. The team pays attention to detail and are great at treating our home with care, which is extremely important to me.
What I love most is that Bri will check in with me after every cleaning to see how things went. It gives me a forum to share any feedback instead of me always being the one to reach out and only when something is wrong. She really cares about customer service and is fantastic at communication. I always know when the team will arrive which makes it much easier to adjust my schedule as a remote employee.

Bri and her team were OUTSTANDING. I was left with a delay in moving which caused me to need a last minute deep/move out clean on a 3300 sq ft home. I had less than 24 hour notice on my request. Bri went out of her way to incentivize her team and get the job done!! House was left in immaculate shape, best move out clean I’ve seen. Landlord was very pleased. Would recommend to anyone! Thorough questionnaires helped set clear expectations for what would be done and gave us accurate cost estimates for both the deep clean and ongoing services. The team ended up splitting the work across two days to make sure our kitchen cabinets and every other detail received the attention they deserved. Household Solutions provides fantastic cleaning and customer service. For the past year, I’ve used HS for my personal home as well as on my rentals for move in and move out cleanings. I like that I can customize the cleaning service based on my needs as some weeks I need more and some weeks I need less cleaning.
