Tri Town was assigned my service request through my home warranty provider. My water heater needed to be replaced and I was uneasy about how long it might take to get the issue solved (you don't realize how much you need hot water until its gone). From the moment I was in contact with them they were nothing short of fantastic. Christina made sure everything was covered by calling the insurance company directly and confirming. Rueben came to the house and did the install fast and efficiently. Everyone I talked to was professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to call them if I have any other issues. Even if the home warranty company didn't go through them I would still seek them out.

Jeremy at Tri Town plumbing could not have been better! He was fast, knowledgeable, courteous and went above and beyond to solve all our plumbing issues. From hot water tanks to toilets to showers, he knows his stuff, and he is clearly honest, fair and thoughtful. He even educated us as he went. He'd be the first person we call when we have another issue.

Jeremy was able to get here within an hour of my initial call for frozen pipes with temps in the negative teens. He was able to fix the issue before it caused any major issues and provide a recommendation for a long-term solution. Jeremy was friendly, prompt, professional, and I can't thank him and Tri-Town enough. Shoutout to Kara in the office as well for helping get me on the schedule right away.

Our air conditioner stopped working and I called many companies to try and get it fixed. I could barely get anybody else to call me back and the ones that did couldn't get out for nearly a week. Tri Town had somebody out the same day and had our air conditioner working not long after. Our neighbor was having the same issue and we recommended Tri Town to him. I appreciate that the service was great and quick!

We do work with Tri Town Plumbing often and we are so appreciative of their knowledge and expertise! Recently our AC unit went out on a 90 degree+ day. Our house was so uncomfortably hot! The owner, Jeremy, was able to come out that day and help us get it working again. I so appreciated his prompt attention, good work, and friendly personality. I have also had some of their other employees come into my home and they are all very professional, do great work, and explain things in detail to you. I highly recommend you use Tri Town!!

Got the repair done quickly, correctly, and for a fair price

Our Home Warranty company sent out Jeff from Tri-Town for some leaky faucet knobs and and a leaking outside spigot. He was friendly, respectful of our home, and did a great job. He really went above and beyond to fix issues we didn’t even know existed. We will definitely keep Tri-Town in mind next time we have a plumbing/water heater issue.

Service was prompt and friendly, and seemed professional. HOWEVER, in addressing issues with our fireplace they were not able to diagnose the problem correctly. After two service calls and over $800 the original problem they were called out on was NOT solved. When notified of this they did not return texts or phone calls. We would have been happy to work with them, if they would have worked with us. My son in end tested and replaced a simple wall switch and this seems to have solved the problem.

Abe was absolutely wonderful, he did an extensive repair to our leaking downstairs bathroom, full pipe and fitting replacements in shower with all new hardware, as well as our bathroom sink and on/off's under the sink. Everything was done fast, we had a leak in the wall and their emergency response when our water was off in the whole house was fast and reliable. They sent two gentleman, Jeremy and Abe to get the leak fixed so we had water again, we had to pick out some replacement parts they got in quickly and on second appointment set it all up like new. Beautiful work, great team, I finally found an honest plumber that we hope to work with them any time we have a need!

Tri Town rocks. They are awesome. We've used them for all plumbing needs for 10 years. Jeremy and Christina have been great to us for that entire time.
We just had them replace our furnace and they were 100% professional and knowledgeable and even repaired old duct work from the previous owner.

He left and came back with the part and explained to me what I could do if the noise comes back since I don’t have the money to fix it right now.
