Andrew’s service was great. He and I believe Casey placed a pad under the split they installed last summer. The unit is now level. There was no charge as it was a carryover from last summer. Many thanks.

Today we had our furnace replaced by Matt and Casey. They showed up on time and actually finished well before they predicted. They did an awesome job and were very friendly and explained everything they were going to do. I would recommend MESA!

We had a great experience with Mesa replacing a thermostat in our floor heating. It was easy to get an appointment and their communication was excellent. Mesa tech Eric Kurello was a great guy and had us going again in no time. Highly recommended!

Mesa is great, installed air conditioner and furnace replacements. They are communicative from start to finish, clear about pricing, offer alternative solutions when available, explain and demonstrate operating instructions, and answer all questions thoroughly. The tech Andrew is all of those things! Highly recommend!

My experience from the start was great. The office staff got me an appointment quickly, reminded me of when my technician would arrive and he arrived on time. Charles and Casey were great. They were efficient, personable, cleaned up everything afterwards and showed us how to use everything. I'm thrilled to have a new heater before the next arctic cold blast!

Charles Ozment was extremely helpful throughout this project. Starting with getting us scheduled for upgrading our heating and cooling system very quickly, showing up with his team when they said and finished when they said they would with minimal intrusions. Based on this experience I would recommend Mesa to anyone needing work done to their HVAC system

Quinn Molina did an outstanding job evaluating the leak behind the toilet. He found that there were several sources for the moisture buildup on the floor and promptly repaired each of them. He was courteous and thorough.

Same day appt. Darrel was so great! Friendly and kind, on time. He figured out the problem right away and fixed the issue caused by a shoddy install from another plumber. No more gas smell! Thank you!

Matt from Mesa was professional, on time, and courteous. However, the estimate to install two $120 bathroom faucets was $1,452. Matt cited the fact that we purchased our own faucets and materials. That doesn't explain the price difference. Even with a modest mark up on a faucet, you're not getting anywhere near $1,400. We balked and refused the bid. We hired another plumber at less than half that. The project took less than two hours. In other words, the hourly rate was roughly $725. Ridiculous. Insulting.

Raul and Quinn were great! They showed up when they said they would and were gentlemen. They did the job quickly but carefully, and cleaned up perfectly. They had to pull the toilet, and when they recaulked it, they left it in better shape than the original builder had done. The cost was slightly less than I thought it would be. We would definitely hire veteran‐owned Mesa Plumbing again. We have found our forever plumbers.

Cody of Mesa plumbing did a fantastic job. Friendly, professional, down to earth, and very efficient and hard working. We couldn't be happier with the work he did. Our plumbing issue was taken care of the day we called.

I had a water heater go out on a Thursday afternoon- not an emergency but not ideal. Mesa said they could come the following afternoon but then called to move the appt up to the morning- a huge help to get the situation resolved before the weekend. When Patrick arrived, he was very helpful in explaining the issues at play and my options. The work he and the rest of the crew did looks good and they were very respectful of the space and made sure to clean up afterwards.
Update: I called Mesa again for a totally unrelated issue- I continue to be impressed with their ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Quinn came out to look at a drain issue, walked me through the options, ultimately resulting in a replacement that was done by the following afternoon. They clearly took great care to keep a tidy work area and diligently cleaned up afterwards, which I greatly appreciate!

Mesa - Darryl and everyone always provide the best, fastest, easiest service imaginable. Darryl is so dependable, so accessible, so personable, he's like working with a life long friend. I can't say enough for this comapany and for Darryl.

Had simple leak in PEX tubing that needed repaired. Looked on Google maps, called McAdams Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, but yet the business that was actually doing the work was Mesa Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. They were able to come the same day, which is great. Cody showed up, we talked , agreed that 5' section of PEX needed replaced. Comes back with estimate, $14K for whole house plumbing, $1.4K to replace 5' PEX with copper, or third option, replace bad PEX section with updated PEX at $1.1K. I tell Cody that his estimate is overpriced and excessive that comes out to $400 plus per hour. He supports his estimate with rationalization. I agree because I'm helping a tenant, and they need water.

Cody spends 2.5 hours at the property and at the end takes $100 off because of the time. So, I pay $1,056.25.

I get a text after the visit wanting to know how they did. I complain about cost, their solution was $50 credit on file.

$422.50 per hour labor rate is ridiculous. Be wary of this business all.

I had technician Darrel Norris. Courteous, knowledgeable, prompt, fair, trustworthy. Turned out to be a much easier fix than I thought. Came out the very next morning. Highly recommend.

Nice experience with Darrel from Mesa plumbing. He did a quick free estimate with two different price points. His was the lowest of 3 quotes we got. Had him back to do the repairs 2 days later and it was quick and easy.

MESA plumbing, heating and A/C, and Charles Ozment in particular did an amazing job on my Air Conditioner and furnace replacement.
Quality work, kind disposition, on-time service and a reasonable price.

Mesa got my AC unit replaced in a days notice, right before 4 consecutive days of +95° weather. Saved our life! They even provided a temp AC for our bedroom so we didn’t have to sleep in an 85° room. Technician Andrew and Casey were super nice and knowledgeable.
