If I could give them six stars I would! Jeremy did an initial visit and was SO great. On time, kind, and informative. Jason came out to do the work/repairs and he was also phenomenal. He is clearly so skilled/talented, and is able to explain things in a way you can understand. He was very kind, on time, and took the time to do the job well. I’m so thankful to him for the repairs he did and would highly recommend them! Editing to add that we had tri town come out for a second service and Issaid was amazing!

Felt like I needed a water pressure regulator replaced. Called Tri-Town, and even though it wasn't an emergency, they were here within an hour. Jeremy was fantastic... very helpful, explained everything, very friendly. After determining that I did need a regulator replacement, Jeremy ran over to their shop, came back, and fixed the issue immediately. I'll definitely call in the future if I ever need service.

Jason and the crew have been working on installing our new furnace and AC in our manufactured home. Jason has been polite and professional and the crew has all been great to work with. We're grateful for their work and are now just waiting for the electrician to come hook it up so we can be cool!! Thanks everyone!

Our heat went out in the evening, and we were able to get someone out the next day to service our furnace. The part was not available so they built one for us so that we would not be down without heat. Absolutely amazing service and communication. We were swapping out toilets. Our plumber noticed that the old wax ring did not completely seal. He used two wax rings on the new one to guarantee a new seal.

Jeremy from Tri Town was out today. He went above and beyond... super friendly, gave me tips on getting better usage out of our hvac filters, and he made two different trips to help resolve our cooling issues on our upstairs unit in the same day. Thank you for great service!

Staff was friendly and conscientious, but price was excessive. They were at my home for less than 90 minutes and charged me $835 for labor there were no parts replaced this was just a hot water heater flush. I understand skilled labor is expensive by my fully certified manufacturer trained auto mechanic rate is only $210/hour. This is robbery.
