Not only did Doug handle everything with my insurance, they have been polite, friendly, on time, and have gone above and beyond every single time they’ve been out over the course of the repairs done to my home. What started as an incredibly stressful situation has been nearly enjoyable thanks to the great techs he has on the team! Thank you all so much!

After opening my crawl space hatch and noticing it was filling up with water I became very concerned. Talked to a plumber and learned my dishwasher supply line had been leaking for some time. Called Water Extraction Experts to assess and clean up the damage. Unfortunately the water damage made its way through most of my kitchen and laundry room. The team quickly assessed the damage and did as minimal tear out as they could to dry and prevent any rot within the floor and walls. Very professional and knew exactly how to handle the situation. They worked directly with the insurance company, one less headache I had to worry about, and everything went smooth. Follow up visits were done to verify everything was dried out and no mold had started to grow. Would recommend to anyone.

Steve and Doug are true professionals. While working with them it was overwhelmingly clear that health and safety were their primary concern. They answered questions and addressed the mold/water damage issue in my residence from a place of direct concern for my health and safety, not from a place that was concerned with profit. Doug and his staff are incredible!! They arrived immediately after I reported a water leak in my basement. Mold had spread throughout and there as sitting water. They brought in their state of the art equipment, sealed off my basement to keep the rest of the home safe, and started mitigating the issue right away. They followed up to ensure everything was taken care of and safe. They communicated well and are very professional and kind. I highly recommend them to anyone with a water problem!!!!

Doug of Water Extraction Experts was prompt, courteous and professional. He arrived a few hours after I called on a Monday morning, quickly identified the water damaged areas and began remediation immediately. He stayed involved in the process throughout and stayed in close contact with me the entire time. Doug and the team with Water Extraction were amazing! We had an early freeze this year and had a flood in the basement. It was stressful and a real mess. They came out immediately that morning and got to work. They helped us empty out the rooms and got to work drying everything out. They were kind and empathetic. They did a great job and the basement is as good as new!

Great experience!! Doug and his crew are amazing to work with. Would highly recommend them. Our hot water heater went out and even after hours Doug came out and assessed the damage. Had a crew here with in 30 minutes with fans. Had fans for a couple of days and they came every day and checked moisture and if we had mold. Everyone was nice and informative of what they were doing!

After our main water line broke and flooded our crawlspace, my wife and I called Arrowhead Plumbers who recommended Water Extraction Experts. They were totally responsive on a Sunday and showed up quickly after us calling them. Doug and his team came in and went straight to work, informing us of everything we need to know about the job and typical insurance issues (we are first time home owners and had no idea how all that stuff worked). After the initial visit his team came daily to check on the drying progress, they were always on time and went above and beyond to help get our lives get back to normal. Thank you guys so very much for all you did! I can honestly say after working with other contractors these guys know how to run a solid and honest business!

Doug and his team at Water Extraction Experts were extremely professional, thorough and dedicated to completing the job to the highest of standards. We discovered the leak late at night and Doug arrived within 30 minutes of our call, stayed past midnight, and followed up the next day to make sure our home dried properly. He got straight to work and set up equipment to dry all wet areas, effectively preventing thousands of dollars worth of damage. It was an absolute pleasure working with him and his entire team. I highly recommend this company to anyone with a water extraction problem.

Truly an expert when it comes to water damage. Wow! Doug was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Doug came over to my house to investigate the damage caused by a poorly configured AC condensate drain line that was leaking into the wall/ceiling cavities. Right off the bat I was impressed with the scientific approach he took when assessing the damage: moisture meter readings, infrared camera, etc. He explained everything he was seeing to me in real time, which helped set my mind at ease about the damage to my house. I asked lots of questions while he was working, but he was just so generous with his time and made sure to answer everything I asked him.

It turned out that the damage was minimal, and that all was needed was to air things out for a few days. I had already cut out some of the drywall when he arrived, and he pointed out to me an additional piece that should probably be removed, and explained exactly where to make the cut so that the drywall repair job would be as clean and effortless as possible. He provided me with a bunch of expert advice about insulating certain sections of piping, and about making it easier to spot potential leaks in the future. He also offered to put me in touch with the proper tradesmen for that stuff if I didn't feel like DIY-ing the rest of the job.

What a tremendous company. No doubt in my mind who I'll be calling the next time I've got a water damage issue in my house. Thank you, Doug!

Our water main broke and we had water filling our crawl space and bubbling up from our front yard. Doug and his team, recommended by our plumber, showed up very quickly and assessed out situation. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what they thought the best plan of action would be, how they were going to do it, how long they estimated it would take and answered all our questions. All WEE employees were awesome to work with, very professional and I felt comfortable having them in and out of my house over the span of a week. Doug worked directly with our insurance agent and helped us understand what our claim consisted of as we had never had a water insurance claim before. Overall, I highly recommend Doug and his team for any water damage issues that may arise!

Doug and his team are absolutely amazing! After coming home to a burst pipe that caused considerable damage throughout my main floor and most of my basement, Doug was over to take a look in under an hour and mitigation started shortly after that. He and his team embodied professionalism throughout the entire process while also being very personable, were highly communicative, very timely and responsive, and worked with my schedule and needs. Doug handled most of the insurance work and did a great job of walking me through the process. I would use them again in a second if I ever had the need and would recommend them to anyone.

When we found mold on the wall in the garage, I was pretty concerned, especially when the big mold mitigation companies quoted me 3-5k costs for remediation. Working with Doug immediately eased my stress levels. He was honest, reliable, truly cared about health and safety, and his team did fantastic work. I cannot recommend him enough. Doug and his entire team are absolutely fantastic!! What could have been a very stressful process was made so much easier by the entire team's professionalism. From the initial demo (Alex and Jerry worked very quickly efficiently) to the material selection and installation, it was a seamless experience.
