We had a flood from a snow storm and we live quite a way out of town. Steve and his guys were the most thoughtful and efficient people I’ve worked with in a long long time. They were exceptional and the calm in the chaos of a trying time.

These guys have solved multiple serious challenges at 2 properties for me. One of them left others stumped. Their familiarity with so many water related issues and their pragmatic approach is super valuable. This is the single best contractor experience I have had in the span of owning 5 homes.

Absolutely impressed with this company! The pipes burst in the unit above mine and Doug's company was on the scene ASAP! They stabilized everything quickly and made the difficult process significantly easier! I would highly recommend this company!

I can't say enough great things about this company! Not only were they able to check our basement out shortly after I called, they immediately set-up equipment and began cleaning/drying our basement out so further damage would not occur. They were timely, professional, clean, and followed up several times to ensure the space did not get wet again (each time coming back to check for water and any moisture). We had a leak in our bathroom and called Water Extraction Experts to fix the damage caused by the water. The whole process took over 1 year to complete where I ended up having to finish the work myself because the contractor stopped showing up. Worst experience working with a contractor ever, and will never work with them again. I highly recommend hiring someone else.

Doug was amazing. He was at my house within 20 minutes of my call. Took the time to explain exactly what was causing my problem and exactly how to prevent it from reoccurring. I was convinced that I had a water leak but I didn't...Doug was honest and beyond helpful.

We had faulty installation on bathroom plumbing from the builder on a new build. The result was water collection and damage on the bathroom floor and floor boards and in the crawl space. Doug and Dennis demonstrated a high level of expertise in identifying moisture in the floor and floor boards and in the crawl space and explained in terms easy to understand what was required to mitigate the damage and prevent potential mold. They were very prompt in arriving and started the clean up process immediately. Their work was very professional, in my opinion, much better than originally done by the builder. They also worked with the builder directly including all the billing. They were very professional and demonstrated a very high competency level in this filed. I would highly recommend them for any water damage mitigation!

BEWARE!! They broke my granite in 4 places and will not replace even though they repeatedly said they would! I contacted them to fix my cabinets and some drywall after a pipe leak. In the course of fixing my cabinets they broke my granite counter in four places. They kept brushing me off and saying they would replace it in August! Still nothing. The drywall work was very bumpy too! With so many great contractors out there find someone else!

I highly recommend Doug and his crew. They were thorough, careful, polite and attended to the details. The crawl space in my 30 year old house was a mouse highway. Doug's team thoroughly cleaned the crawlspace removing the old pressure tank and stuff that had been stored down there for years. Then they removed the old membrane and dried the crawlspace completely. They used antimicrobials, bug spray, hepa filters and dehumidifiers to bring the crawlspace up to my standards. Then they searched diligently for any place where the mice might be getting in. They sealed these and returned repeatedly looking for signs of mice and any other possible entry points. It's hard to find professionals who will take the time to look at unique problems and find good solutions. Doug and his team used excellent problem solving skills to fix the problem. Thank you!

Recently worked with Doug on a water leak issue we had in our townhome. He performed a thorough inspection and gave us a great assessment of possible damage and even gave us a heads up on some future risks to be on the look out for. Doug and his team were wonderful when dealing with my flooded crawlspace. He got to my house immediately, took time to explain the entire process to me and examined the entire area (not like some of the others who just poked around). These guys were SO efficient and did an excellent job! The owner himself came out within half an hour of our initial call and was very diligent about following up with multiple visits. They were honest didn't make a bigger job out of what work was needed. Hope to never have a need for water damage repair again but if we do we will call these guys immediately!

Doug and his team acted very quickly when I found my kitchen half flooded with water. They were at my place within 30 minutes on a holiday, and immediately found the problem. Not only did they help me remove the water, they contacted people to help me with the next steps to fix my problem. They kept me informed and I would happily refer anyone to this company!

A leaking pipe flooded the crawl space and damaged the joists and floor in the kitchen. Doug and his team were great. They immediately set to work, took frequent readings and adjusted their work accordingly. Really friendly and professional staff, they communicated clearly with us and dealt with our insurer. I was totally panicking when I saw the wet (actually drenched) carpet and floor in my basement. Tried my own ‘towel-and-fan’ approach to dry it out. After a day, hardly any change. Called these guys and within an hour Doug was here. His device that scans the carpet showed really high levels of moisture still there (epic fail with my DIY approach). He set up a machine that dehumidifies (or something like that – I’m not a techie) the room. After a couple of days and multiple follow-up visits by Doug to check progress and give me updates, we were good to go. And they re-laid the carpet and pad perfectly along with my decorative antique mahogany paneling. No damage to the expensive wood whatsoever. They really care. I so appreciated Doug’s calm demeanor and way he answered all my questions every time he stopped by, no matter how basic they were. Highly recommend them.

Doug and his team did a fantastic job when we had the AC unit this summer leak water into the basement. Reused existing wood and couldn’t tell. Perfect. Then with this big snow storm and us not there it looked like we could have water in the house. He got over to the house quickly to inspect. Great reliable team. Thanks Doug!!!

Doug and his team are top notch. They work with you and the insurance company. My basement flooded and I called Doug and he showed up with his team within 1.5 hours and cleaned up the water in a few hours..but the process is long. Doug tells you up front the procrss so there is no surprises ......great to work with and would highly recommend.
