I highly recommend Rocky Mountain Roofers and Gutters. They helped repair some of the damage on the house as well as helped us understand the insurance which I am terrible at understanding. They also took the time to look at the entire house not just the roof and help to find other damage on the sidings. They were professional but very kind and understanding.

I would not recommend Rocky Mountain Roofers and Gutters for your needs.
In Jon's (A Manager for Rocky Mountain Roofers and Gutters) words his Is a company for people that are ok with "Not Perfect" work. Rocky Mountain Roofers and Gutters Is Ok for people that are OK with "So-So work".
Rocky Mountain Roofers and Gutters Is for people that are not "Persnickety" about the work done to their house.

Unless you are planning on watching everything that happens on your roof or to your gutter and inspecting in detail every action performed and are repaired to fight for a Job Well Done; I would pick a different Roofing company.

I own a town home. The other half of my building is owned by a real estate agent and Broker for NorthWest Real Estate, Lorraine S. Because of her occupation I trusted and accepted her recommendation to have Rocky Mountain Roofers and Gutters do the work to our roof and gutters.

There was intense communication and immediate call backs before work began. As soon as men were on my roof this experience all but disappeared. Any calls I made regarding concerns or questions were met with delayed response and convoluted excuses. My roof was mostly torn off by the first realization of this new business practice. My concerns were met with misdirection and finger pointing at details about my structure that I should be concerned with that were not Rocky Mountain Roofers and Gutters responsibility and I was not asking about. My questions were answered vaguely and with delayed response.
Jon, who at best I can tell, is the project manager for my Contract, was at my house twice; once to meet me and once to finally address my concerns after my refusal to pay for services do to an unmitigated error had remained unattended for two months after I voiced concern over it.
I seem to be in a battle over two unsightly crooked downspouts that were left despite my complaints. Both Bruno and Jon seem unaffected by this concern and dismissed me. Two months after my first phone call to Jon regarding the crooked downspouts, Jon finally goes out to my house to see in person where his "Gutter Guy", just a week before, removed the mounting brackets to one downspout from the side of my house and remounted them and the downspout over where it now buts into my water spigot but, now falls vertical. When I voiced concern about the exposed holes and newly drilled holes Jon said "you should be concerned about the front of the house where your grape vine was removed". Jon never revisited my concern with the side of the house leaving me to defend why the front of my house was not "perfect" because of My actions. Jon was not as concerned with His companies actions. Frustrated, I moved on to my primary concern, the remaining, still existing, crooked downspout at the rear of the house. Jon's comments to me in this regard were "Ya, its not perfect," "it is so-so" and "You are being kinda persnickety.", and finally he said "I don't thinks it's worth not paying your bill over.". Jon in his comments admitted truth to a visible and physical issue brought along with an adamant disregard for my house and his job in quality control.
Now, all this has raised concern with all other work performed that is not apparent to the eye or is hidden from view.
We are at a stand still as of this review with Jon stating "I will check with my Gutter Guy"
This was Nine days ago on the 9th of November 2020.

Unless you are planning on watching everything that happens on your roof or to your gutters and inspecting in detail every action performed and then willing to fight, possibly losing, I would pick a different Roofing company.
Edit.. I paid the bill and expected a response from them but I never heard back from anyone about my complaint to address this problem. It's been too long to readdress at this point.
Bad form and they have no concern for their integrity.

Rocky mountain roofers and gutters is a great company to do business with!! They are very informative and punctual getting to the job and first and foremost they do quality work. I would highly recommend them to do any of your roofing needs. I used them twice for two hail storms!! Great company.

Rocky Mountain Roofers and Gutters helped me with my roof and other projects due to a hail storm. Highly recommend this company. They helped so much with the hassle of my insurance company and got ALL my damages covered and did ALL the work including my windows . Thanks guys my roof looks great and I appreciate how quickly it all got completed due to winter coming. Lance walked me thur the process which made it easy for me otherwise I wouldnt have gotten all my work covered . Thank you I will definally pass your info to my friends

Working with Nick is the best experience I've ever had. He is honest, on time and informative. The roofers were on time. We're fast and did a fantastic job. Cleaned up after themselves and haven't found a nail on the ground yet. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get their roofs redone.

Took 2 calls to get them to schedule to evaluate our roof, 2 times to get estimate correct for roof and gutters. Marie in office was great at getting back to me with questions. Colors of gutters are not correct on the website! Make sure to get a sample prior which did not happen in our case. Additionally, if you don't like the work done on your gutters you are better off doing the work yourself. They never completed our gutters. Did a fantastic job on the roof! Additionally, don't use their financing company as they don't account for the dealer fees and try to make you pay more after you approved the final invoice and information already submitted to the company. If they were better at communication they could have 4 stars but they never resolved our issues.

Lance was very friendly from the first time we met with him, and he stayed in contact with us throughout the process of getting our roof re-shingled and our window and downspout repaired. He communicated with the insurance company so that we didn’t have to, and he and his team made everything so easy and smooth for us. Every independent contractor who came to our home was very friendly and did an excellent job. We are very pleased and would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs exterior house repairs!

Rocky Mountain Roofers and Gutters did a wonderful job handling the repairs on our roof, gutters, trim and stucco. Our home looks incredible! They were instrumental and extremely helpful getting us through the process with our insurance company to get all the storm damage compensated. We would recommend them and use them again if necessary.

Doug and his team are True professionals in there field! That being said I would totally recommend them for cleanliness, promptness,professionalism!

Doug and his boys handled everything from prep to talking to insurance after my water heater blew. Hell of a company!

I had a water leak and had a great experience working with this company. They were extremely responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about figuring out the source of the issue instead of just rushing through the job. The whole process was handled professionally and they were so easy to work with from start to finish. I really appreciated the communication and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Please do not use them. They made a LOT of promises and did not deliver. Our issue was in June of 2020 and they got paid and our home is still not finished. They promise to hire all necessary contractors and that did not happen. They do high pressure and then NO COMMUNICATION with us OR our insurance company!!! Our home still is embarrassing. The people they refer flake as well. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!! Most of the extraction guys he sends are awesome!! Doug just sucks and so do his carpet and drywall and painting contractors.

Edited to add on 04/21/26 Doug posted on Google wondering about this review. After back and forth he wanted to contact the insurance company to get more money. I explained he got paid by them via me what he agreed to but he didn't complete the work. After that, crickets! No response. Ugh.
