This 5-day project took 43-days to complete, causing some water staining inside my log home - on walls, counters and floors! Communication from anyone at Denali was very poor, the only time they talked to me was when I reached out to find out what was happening and why it was taking sooo long! Ground crew, especially James, were kind and courteous, but often the entire team just wouldn't show up. No call, no show. Would never recommend them!

Had Denali/Lion Home Services replace my roof and gutters early 2020. They neglected to pay the shingle supplier (which, based on the experience of others, is common) and I was sent an intent to lien on my home. I had to go to the Denali office to get it handled. At no point did the managers I was told to call or the person who I interacted with for the estimate process return any messages. My gutters now leak which has led to damage on my front step. I wrote about this on an ad on Facebook and they banned me from the page.

My roof looks great! Couldn't be happier! Excellent workmanship. The crew was in and out in a day and half. This was one of the busiest years for roofers and Denali was much more responsive than others. My gutters look good too but there are a few nicks in the soffit & fascia that I'll have to repair. Anastascia in the office went above & beyond for me. She gets right back to you with the answers you need. I give her 10 stars!!!!

We recently had our roof shingles replaced by Denali Roofing, and Steve Wiersema made the experience very pleasant and easy. Steve took time to explain details we asked about, was on sight during the job to make sure things went well, and followed up after the job was done. Everything was well organized and Steve informed us when to expect the shingles delivered and what day the crew would begin the job. The job went like clock work and we are so pleased with the job that was done!

I was sent a notice to file a lien by a Colorado Law Firm pertaining to Denali Roofing and their affiliates JMP Heat and Lion Home Service about 2 months after they completed a roof replacement on my house in January 2020. The above mentioned parties failed to pay their vendor for materials (i.e., shingles) that they installed on my house. Consequently their vendor filed a notice to place a lien on my house. Notably, Denalli collected half the cost of job two months prior to installing my roof. I was told at the time this was to pay for cost of materials. Even though all my debt to Denali was settled the day after the completed the roofing job, I still got drug into this dispute with their vendor thanks to Colorado Law.

I caution anyone who is thinking of working with this shady outfit and all their affiliates. I was lured into working with them because they are a Google Certified contractor. Don't be fooled by their friendly customer service when doing your inquiry. Look somewhere else for a reputable roofing contractor and avoid the complications that I am still dealing with today.

I contacted several roofers to get bids for repairing my roof. Denali was head and shoulders above the rest. I called, someone was out in just a few days, provided a complete inspection of my roof, complete with pictures to show me the areas of concern, and then had several options emailed to me the same day. Answered all my questions. Office staff is friendly and responsivie - truly a pleasure to work with. And the roof installer? He got there after I left for work, and was gone before I got home. Literally NO evidence that anyone was there - no damage to any of my landscaping, no trash, only my sparkling new roof : ) He even staightened up a creepy statue that I have in my yard that the squirrels always knock over.
Super impressed with this company - fair pricing, quality work and fabulous staff from start to finish. Well done!!!

We contracted with Denali to have our roof replaced. It was a bit more complex than normal due to the city's requirement for a cedar shake roof on historic landmark properties. The project took 9 months to complete. Denali constantly did not show up on the days they were supposed to work, and then would arrive unannounced. Delays would be often months at a time, and when they tried to describe why there was a delay, we could catch them lying or giving some BS excuse. As a commercial property, building materials sat in the parking lot for months. Many times they said they were coming, we would block off parking, but no one showed up to work. After doing this 4 times, many of our employees started getting parking tickets because we are surrounded by 2-hr parking limits. Our project also included the installation of a skylight, and Denali failed to coordinate with them. The skylight installers arrived and the roof was not ready for them, which then caused even more delays. About one month after the project was completed, we received a notice that our property had a lien filed against it. This company turned out to be Denali's roofing material supplier and the lien was filed because Denali did not pay for the materials. We contacted Denali, who said they would take care of it, but like other BS, this never happened and the lien was filed. At this time, we were trying to close on a loan for this commercial property, which could not move forward due to the lien. We finally were able to get a hold of the roofing supplier directly, who stated that Denali did not pay for the roofing materials. So here we were, after having paid Denali $30,000, with a lien on our building because Denali failed to pay their supplier. Once we discovered that the lien went through and that our bank rejected the loan transaction, we tried calling Denali again. I found two phone numbers and neither are working. The roofing supply company also tried to call them and the number was bad for them as well.

Denali did an outstanding job at a good price.

I decided to refurbish my home this year. As part of the makeover, I had my house stuccoed and reroofed. Rick had to coordinate the roofing with the stucco work. He did a great job. Even though this caused his crew some delays, he did not charge extra for those delays.

We had some minor work that needed fixed before we moved. Denali Roofing was great! They came on time and were very professional! They were very nice and got the work done. They even told us if it was not what the buyer wanted they would come out and fix something else. We were very happy with our experience and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs roof work done!

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Denali Roofing. Steve Wiersma is a trustworthy professional who replaced three rubber gaskets around the vents on our roof that had aged over time and cracked in the bright Colorado sun. Steve was very responsive and punctual. And -- amazingly -- we didn't have to pay extra for this great service: his fee for the job was actually a bit lower than the one other company we consulted. There is no question that the next time we have any trouble with our roof, Denali is the company we'll call.

After a famous Fort Collins wind storm, we lost a large patch of shingles from the roof. I had four companies come out and take a look. Not only was Denali among the best priced options, they were able to do the work on the very same day - which was great because a snow storm was moving in and the roof was vulnerable to water leakage. Their workers arrived on site while Josh went out and got replacement shingles and supplies.

They fixed the roof and then used the extra tar to do some preventative care on other parts of the roof that could become a problem in future wind storms. All while the sun was setting and a snow storm was creeping over the mountains.

Denali Roofing just completed the roof yesterday at our condominium. This is the 3rd roof we have hired them to replace and they are a top notch company. Grayson was the project manager this year and he was wonderful to work with and the whole crew were very efficient and easy to work with. They finished each roof in one day including stripping off old shingles. Last year when they did a roof for us we also had gutters put on 3 buildings by them. The winter was the test and the gutters worked flawlessly. I would recommend Denali to anyone for roofing and will use them again.

Denali did a great job on our roof! From their customer service to the roofers, they were so easy to work with. The roofers were on time and did a great job not only with the roofing job but the clean-up afterwards. They kept the job within their quote. They also replaced our gutters and the company they subcontracted was just as great. I would definitely recommend Denali Roofing!

Denali Roofing did an excellent job completing my roof. From the get go, every member of the team was very timely and answered any questions that I had. Insurance can really throw a lot of information at you, at times it felt overwhelming, but having the valuable team at Denali answer all those questions and explain everything, made a huge difference for me. On top of that the roofing crew really did an outstanding job re-roofing my home. They were very respectful of our property and neighbors. I would highly recommend using Denali Roofing for your roofing needs.

We had a leak caused by a poorly constructed corner of the roof near a downspout. I was pretty nervous when Affordable Roofing told me the fix would require removal of a large section of shingles and a few rows of siding in order to put down water and ice barriers and new flashing! They came out and did the repair, sending me pictures of all the work they did (so I know it was done right!), and honestly, I can hardly tell where the repair was made. The shingles are a perfect match, the siding was put back undamaged - it all looks like new. Really excellent work!

I really wanted to like and be satisfied with this job just because the people are very personable and nice. But unfortunately there was a poor execution of the job as I gave their estimator the adjustment from State Farm and he had them for a few days to go over. Gutters were mentioned in the adjustment several times and after the job was completed I was told that they were not put in the job. Also the roofers pulled up several solar lights and never put them back, a big pot for a plant had to be put back in place, and I also had to sweep about a pound of grit off my deck that came from the new and old shingles. I also picked up three small sharp pieces of metal was on the deck, which luckily we don't have kids that can walk yet. Overall I wish it had been a better experience.

This company is great. Worked with myself and our insurance company . There crew was on time, did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof. Kim and Gretchen in the office always kept us informed and were very pleasant to work with.

They were fast on time; I hardly give anyone 5 stars. The salesperson was friendly and kind. I would use them again. Then only thing I'd do different is get a quote before telling them what my Insuranse is willing to pay, because quite honestly they were a bit higher priced than a few others who where willing to give me a quote up front. As always, get at least three quotes, and do your research before settling. Again they were fast, and it all passed inspection. They also answered all my questions and the phone when I needed to contact them. Thanks

Affordable Restoration came to my rescue and did a fantastic job. I had to fire another local restoration company after they started a demo on my master bath without getting a go ahead from my insurance company. Not only did they repair what the first company did, they waited to make sure all repairs and reconstruction would be paid for 100% by the insurance company, they did everything with kind, gentle and timely consideration. All the workers were considerate, nice and very clean. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to this company for either restoration or roofing.
