I had a great experience dealing with Sprague Roofing & Exteriors after my house was hit by a catastrophic hail storm this past summer.
Sam and Andy were a godsend when they responded to the area and offered to assist me in determining the extent of damage to my house. They showed up when my insurance company sent out an adjuster, bringing his attention to missed damage and making the experience so less stressful that I felt confident in hiring them to make things right again.
From start to finish, Sam went above and beyond dealing with the claim process, completing documentation and supplemental reports and even receiving a compliment from my adjuster for his thoroughness.
Once the work commenced, Glenn did an outstanding job of keeping things on tract and on time. Sending workers back to correct a few areas that he felt needed improvement. His attention to detail and getting things right was impressive.
Overall I am very pleased and happy with the professionalism and quality of the work that Sprague’s Ft Collins team gave to my job and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Will not recommend. You hear good things about companies and then the experience turns out to be horrible. It’s a lack of communication between the managers of Sprague and the actual contractors doing the work. Worst company we have chosen in a while and still repairing the messes they left behind. Andrew Roach is GREAT. I would recommend him only but beyond him, the experience is terrible. Andrew helped with the insurance adjuster and he did offer to send contractors back to fix all the ripped off paint and raw wood issues they caused but after you have a month long experience like we had and already they “tried” to fix the issues and don’t know how apparently… NOPE I don’t want you to come back and keep making it worse. Such a mess. They ended up having to replace our garage door from a dent, from shingles falling, slamming, because they didn’t even cover the front of the garage with the mesh protectors like I see all other roofing companies do. So thanks for the new door, I appreciate them at least completing that…
Never heard from Josh Sienna the manager either.
If you want your home to be left in WORSE condition then go ahead and use Sprague Roofing. Our home had NO paint issues when they started, the pictures I’ve attached shows how they left our paint. Period.

Abel and Anthony were the 2 crew leaders for the project. They were professional, polite and knowledgeable.

This is one of those things you don’t know exist until you need them. I came home from work to find everything submerged in water after the water heater broke and flooded the basement. My parents went through a similar situation a few years ago and said the company with the “bright green trucks” did a good job so I took their referral and called ServPro. Their techs arrived ready to work and turned my basement from a disaster zone back to pre-flood condition in a relatively short amount of time. They worked non-stop and deserve MVP applause for a job well done.

Jeremiah was professional and attentive to my concerns. They did a great job in mitigating the fire damage in my home. I would definitely use them again.

**Update**
I was the tenant, but was in the process of buying the house. I set up the service with ServePeo and my landlord, who I was buying the house from, paid for the service. The landlord NEVER came to the house to see the problem, the work that was done, or dealt with ANY of the follow up calls that were necessary to get the job completed. He just wrote the check. I stand by the my initial review that the service was sub par and a terrible customer experience.

ServPro Fort Collins was a nightmare to work with. The main contact started off great. I was given an estimate after a consultation only to have that person vanish from the company the next day. After some phone tag a new crew was scheduled to come complete the crawl space clean up. They never showed up. No call. Nothing.
Called the company and they seemed confused about the scheduled job, but eventually rescheduled it for the following week. When the crew showed up they asked what they were supposed to do. They had NO IDEA what the job even was.
We were originally told that the clean up was going to be contained to the room with the crawl space access to not contaminate the rest of the house. They would cover the path from the crawl space to the window and take it directly out. Nope. Just walked it through the house to the front door.
Fast forward a few days when a friend who is a home inspector went to check the work and came up saying the job wasn't even completed. Vapor barrier not fully replaced. Trash bag left behind. Wall still covered in residue.
Called them back and was told a new crew would come by to fix the work. Nope... same crew. Not very professional. Laid a new vapor barrier but didn't clean the wall. Told us he sprayed it with a disinfectant so nothing would grow, but he wasn't told to actually clean it up.
ServPro's motto is "Like it never even happened," but the only thing I wish never happened was me calling them. I won't use them in the future and will never recommend them to anyone else.

Everyone was on time, ready to listen and answer any questions, fun to be around but still serious about the work they were doing. Great job!!

We had the misfortune of discovering a flood in the basement from the water heater just as we were having dessert on Thanksgiving day. While we were able to manage the situation in the equipment room the water had moved under the walls into the living area. We were over our head but the Servpro guys aborted their family gathering, were here promptly and had the situation in hand in hours. Can't say enough good thing about this team.

Jeremiah and his crew were super professional and helped us deal with a leaky water main. I would recommend ServPro of Fort Collins to anybody needing mitigation or restoration work.

My elderly father asked me to write a review for him, since he doesn't have Internet and doesn't know how to use computers anyway. He was very satisfied with their Servpro team, saying that they do excellent work and are very nice. Anyone else looking for fire damage repair should consider them. Great job Servpro.

The two young men that came to Old Town, in DEC, to help me remove the graffiti off of my nonprofit portrait windows were so very polite, professional and were able to remove the graffiti in a matter of minutes. ServPro sent them within minutes of me calling to ask for their assistance with my graffiti problem. I am so grateful for their help. Thank you ServPro!

I was impressed after a recent call to Servpro for help with cleanup/repairs after smoke damage from a freak electrical fire! My mom lives with me and is undergoing chemo, so this fire ordeal was the last thing we needed. When their guys arrived, they were on time, super courteous and professional and I felt like they listened to our concerns, understood our situation and made every effort to finish the work to our satisfaction and on schedule. When the field manager stopped by for quality control on their last day here, he brought my mom a get-well card signed by the crew. I felt like they cared and treated us like people instead of clients on a long list to check off. Our house is back to normal now thanks to their top notch work, and we had a positive experience throughout this process because of their good communication and customer service. Refused the work.
I had a few square yards of water damaged drywall and an overflowing drain problem; nothing special, difficult or abnormal. I called. We discussed exactly the state of the things and what needed done. They scheduled and sent someone out. After poking around and taking pictures, they declared I had water damaged drywall and suggested I hire a contractor.
The drain problem? Not a word about that.
Wasted everyone's time. Worthless.

I cannot say enough good things about the team from SERVPRO that came in like a bunch of superheroes and saved the day and kept the damage from my flooded basement to a minimum. I received a call from my plumber, that was at my home to fix an outdoor issue, and he needed to get into my , freshly renovated, basement to check something in the utility room. 5 minutes later, I get the call that my basement was under water. I called SERVPRO right away and in they came an hour later. From start to finish a week later they were understanding, professional and really kept what could have been a devastating , expensive, issue to as much of a minimum as possible. These gentlemen even came out to check on the drying out on Super Bowl Sunday. I highly recommend!!!!! Thanks again to Tyler, Geronimo, Joseph and George! You guys are the best!

Got a Water heater leak on Thanksgiving day, called the next morning and they were here and on the job super fast, got things drying out immidiately and explained everything they were doing throughout the whole process. Great Job! 5 stars!

I recently hired ServPro Fort Collins to clean a home we were moving into. The home was not incredibly dirty. I figured with the pandemic, an infant soon to be crawling and high risk parents, we would spend the money to thoroughly clean the house top to bottom. This included cleaning floors, walls and ceilings, and duct work. I specified the timeline that I needed this accomplished as my parents were having their items moved in from a cross country mover. Getting the costing scheduled was unnecessarily difficult. The cost estimate was vague and measured the height of walls, suggesting that comprehensively cleaning walls was part of the quote as well. I specifically walked through cleaning lights, chandeliers and ceiling fans too with the estimator. I had to specify the importance of our time-compressed schedule 6-8 times before we could actually get something definitively scheduled. Once the work was performed, many hardwood sections of the house looked untouched once we started moving in the day after ServePro’s work day. The carpet on a stairway looked worse off that when they started, and muddy shoe prints were evident on some wood. They busted a door handle and scratched the same door badly. Many vents had scratches on the surrounding paint on a newly painted house from their duct cleaning. The only reason I would even consider giving them one star is they fixed and repainted the door and came back to clean the carpeted stairway. Well, that and I cannot actually give zero stars on this platform! When some of the same crew came back to reinstall the door and re-clean the stairs, they tried to claim that the stairwell was a high-traffic area and they hit it three times before. There was visible lint on the surface of the carpet after the initial days work, so it was a total line. Their return visit made the stairs look clean with one pass, and I was sure to watch them this time! I hate doing that and expect work to be done right the first time. I would stay away from this business!

This place is a scam, they will come to the property and give you a low quote to get the job. Once you accept that quote, they show up day of do the work and dont bring up any issues and then leave. 2 weeks later they will send you a bil for 3 times the amount that they quoted you. Then they say that it was your fault the quote is wrong and you must pay. They will rip you off and it's a scam. If there is a difference between the quote and the "invoice" they should let you know at the time they do the work. Not wait until it is done and charge you 3 times more.
DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!
