Our experience with Bath Landscaping was excellent through 100% of the process. Beginning with our work with landscape designer Jordan, who was able to take our very broad description of what we wanted and design an amazing plan, throughout the installation work with Steven and his crew, who brought that plan from paper to a beautiful reality. Everyone we had contact with throughout the process went the extra mile to keep us informed of what was being done and working with us to obtain our dream yard. It turned out even more beautiful than we expected and we are enjoying it daily.

Bath was very good in following up with questions we had and has provided us with maintenance information on how best to keep our new plants healthy and beautiful for many years to come.

Jordan at Bath Landscaping is a true professional who is dedicated to providing quality service to his clients. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my irrigation system installation, even though there were some initial problems with the install.

It was a pleasure working with Jordan and the Bath team. It was the largest job we had by far, and it went the smoothest. We had three new garden areas established (clear out, new top soil, irrigation, and new fencing), trees and shrubs planted, multiple new stone paved paths laid, a new paved driveway, and new fencing. The team was on site for a few weeks, with Jorge as the lead. Not only did they show solid competence, skill, and efficiency, but went above and beyond, finding and replacing broken sprinkler valves, and even repairing a damaged water main (another team's mistake). Jordan as the point contact was great to work with: knowledgeable, communicative, quick and on top of the project, and fun to talk to. We'll definitely go with this team again for future projects, and highly recommend them.

Bath recently installed irrigation and landscaping on our property and I wish I could give them 10 stars! From start to finish, they exceeded every expectation I had. Prior to having the work done I met with 4 companies and Bath stood out right away. They provided exceptional customer service from day one.

The entire team was a pleasure to work with.The crew was on-time, professional, efficient, and their work was outstanding. They were so patient and discussed the design throughout the process so we could give our input and make adjustments.

I want to especially thank Jordan, who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the work they did. He helped us tremendously with a design and we were so thrilled with all of his suggestions. He also took the time to explain the irrigation system controller and fine tune some of the sprinkler heads that were installed last year. I really can’t say enough how happy we are with the work that was done. We will certainly be using them for any future landscaping projects!

Contacted the Bath residential landscaping team seeking help with re-doing our compact backyard based on a recommendation from a friend. From the moment the first phone call was made, we were quickly paired with a designer (Gareth). Within a couple of days, Gareth was able to schedule a visit to gather measurements and draft a plan. Gareth was able to listen to our needs and understand the limitations of our existing backyard and put together 2 really appealing proposals. In addition, he was also able to keep our budgetary limitations in mind and design around it. He helped us pore through both plans and guided us with making a decision that fit our budget and our space. Once the choices were made, he then drafted a final proposal and was able to schedule the actual work within a matter of weeks. We are thoroughly impressed with the final results and would highly recommend Gareth and Bath to anyone in need of landscape assistance!

From start to finish, we are totally satisfied with Bath Landscaping, Nursery and Irrigation. Gareth helped us with the designing process which of course took a couple revisions. Once the design phase was completed, Gareth and his team did a terrific job putting the plans into action. Of course we had a couple modifications during the actual landscaping process, Gareth and team was very responsive to our changes. The actual tearing out our existing landscape and re-landscaping took less than a week. The entire process was within a few weeks. We have had numerus positive comments from our neighbors. I had an excellent experience with Bath! They redid the landscaping in our backyard, as well as fixed/updated our sprinkler system. I got multiple quotes from other companies, but I went with Bath, and I am so glad I did! Gareth worked with me on the landscape design, which included a collaboration of both our ideas. From the very beginning we have been incredibly happy with the entire landscaping team. Madi listened carefully to our wish list and came up with a better design than we thought possible for our home. Miguel and his crew were also excellent. They worked through torrential downpours (not common here in the Fort) and the end result is stunning. We love the transformation of our home.

I am now retired after many years working the night shift.

I have always loved working in my yard, always a do it yourselfer. Some of my favorite days off would be at the arboretum or botanic gardens. I always enjoyed sitting in the library reading the Fine Gardening magazines or looking at others dream gardens; finally I decided to make my own dream garden.

A year ago I reached out to a number of designers to get a feel for who might be able to design my dream garden. From the start I could tell that Jordan at Bath was the one I could trust to head down that path.

I sent many pictures of my vision, listing my favorite plants, colors, textures, and features.
Jordan came back with a design plan that addressed all my wishes.

Now the question would be if the actual design turn out as good as the plan. Without question Bath and their hard working crew were able to deliver.

Now my wife and I sit looking out at our beautiful yard thinking that maybe we’ll end up in on of those gardening magazines.

My review is from the perspective of installing full front and back yard landscaping on brand new construction.

I reached out to Jordan to discuss the potential of an install. We were installing on virgin ground for brand new construction. We started discussions in April, and we had a base design turned around within a week. Couldn't have been more excited. Unfortunately, the first design was outside of our price tolerance. Ongoing communication between Jordan and me ultimately resulted in an agreed upon design at an agreed upon price. Concessions were made on both sides, so if you're worried about a "pricier product" understand that you can factor about 10% of your home value for a full landscaping. We were able to come in about 2% below that mark.

Once were agreed and began moving forward with installation, Jordan was wholly communicative, accommodating, and patient. I'm a needy MFing buyer. I want perfection. I want to know every answer to every question. With that being said, Jordan maintained an extremely direct but professional approach, making sure to keep my expectations in check, and remind me what is feasible as opposed to my ridiculously (and admittedly ignorant) taut desires. A caveat: be willing to be wrong! You're hiring these guys because they're professionals and because you either A) don't know how to do it, or B) don't want to do it. I fell in line with both.

Jordan ultimately gave us our scheduled begin date of Aug 23. Admittedly later than we'd have liked to get installed, but expectations were set in our first discussion. "What needs to happen and how long will it take to get on the schedule," should be one of the first questions you ask. Just because you have a conversation, doesn't mean you automatically get scheduled. #expectationsmanaged

Imagine my surprise when I got an email from Jordan asking if we were available for an early install! EFF YES, WE ARE! Get in here, and get it done!

We couldn't have asked for a better install crew.

They showed up a week and two days ahead of schedule. Knocked on the door and promptly introduced themselves. The Foreman, Stephen, set the expectation of what was going to happen, what the order of operations were, and immediately started scraping my yard.

Again - I ask a million questions. I'm excited and curious and need to know ALL THE THINGS!

Stephen took the time to clearly and completely answer every question I had, never showing an amount of frustration that I was overly inquisitive, but encouraging the question and the discourse.

My questioning was predominately to serve three purposes:

1. Give me your opinion. I THINK I know what I want, but you're the professional. I know my pie-in-the-sky view comes from a place of ignorance, (See number 2) not necessarily a place of reality or function.
2. Cure my ignorance. I know NOTHING about landscaping, irrigation, plant and lawn maintenance. Fix my idiot brain.
3. Satisfy my curiosity. I have no idea what's going on or why they're doing what they're doing.

We were met every morning by the same crew who knew exactly what the collective goals were, and every opinion, idea, or need for concession was met with a thoughtful approach from Stephen and his crew. When he had an idea that may not necessarily align 100% with the intended plan, he had a strong reason for it, and a thoughtful implementation for it.

Two straight weeks of waking up and watching the progress shift from a gross field of pervasively invasive weeds, to a functional, flowing, and extremely aesthetically pleasing lawn is an event I won't soon forget.

If you're willing to pay a little more for a little more love and personality, do yourself a favor and call Bath. If you're disappointed, it's because you didn't ask the right questions or you didn't maintain expectations.

I want to start by saying that Gareth was absolutely wonderful to work with. When I moved into my home, the back yard was graded incorrectly and the grass in the back yard would not grow properly. I really wanted a backyard that I could enjoy. I am so thankful that I decided to call Bath Landscaping and Irrigation. I could not have imagined a better back yard if I tried. When I first reached out, Bath was very professional and let me know that it would be several months before they could send someone and asked if I was willing to wait and let me know they would put me on their waiting list. I had plenty of time, so I went on the list and boy am I glad that I did.

Gareth met with me last October. He looked at my yard and truly listened to everything I wanted. He envisioned a BEAUTIFUL and COLORFUL xeric scape design that would add outdoor entertainment areas to my yard as well as natural beauty. He really understood and figured out ways to incorporate HOA approved privacy as well as beauty to make the yard more functional and beautiful. Gareth took some time and put together a full color design for the yard. After presenting it to me, he listened and made adjustments to the original plan incorporating different plants and was open to changing out some of the rock areas for mulch until we came up with a great plan that I was really excited about. He was patient each time I thought of something new and very prompt responding to questions or changes in ideas that I had. He was happy to look things up and make sure that everything would compliment each other in the yard. I was very excited to have a Pergola added to my yard. After I had received the estimate, I did some research online and found that some pergolas could have plantation shutters added for some privacy. I loved the idea. I sent pictures to Gareth and he was able to discuss it with the Pergola subcontractors and they were able to figure out how to do it. I am so glad I did. The pergola turned out better than I ever could have imagined!! The contractors even hung the chair swings for me on the pergolas that I had ordered for my kids. I have never had such professional and amazing service from any other contractor. Every person I encountered was professional, respectful, and did a beautiful job. It is obvious that every employee of Bath takes pride in their work. You can guarantee that if you choose Bath Landscaping for your yard that you will have an amazing experience. I highly recommend them! I am happy to say that I now have used my backyard every day since the May installation. Having gone with Bath Landscaping has truly improved my quality of life.

Jordan was professional and very knowledgeable, he took the time to listen to our needs and put together an amazing plan within our budget.The team worked so hard and were very efficient and punctual. A few plants that were delivered to be planted were smaller than expected, Jordan took the time to make sure they were replaced with the appropriate sized plants. I highly recommend Bath for any landscaping needs.

Every time I walk out my back door, I'm confronted with the backyard I always wanted. It's a dream come true. It wasn't cheap, but we paid for and received a super professional job with outstanding service and attention to detail. Jordan was so easy to work with. In the design phase, he came to the house multiple times, showed us ideas, brought huge renderings that showed exactly how it would look when it was all done. I especially appreciated that even after we signed the contract, we were able to drop and add items and they didn't nickle and dime us. In fact, as we were able to narrow the scope sightly, the final invoice was *less* than what we agreed to. But that didn't stop them from providing great service even more than a year after the job was completed.
But perhaps most important, Jordan is not only a gentleman, but an artist in the truest sense. Yes, you want him to use your yard as his canvas.

Working with Bath Landscape & Irrigation has been a delight! We have worked closely with Gareth on two projects in our backyard (retaining wall & deck replacement) and we've been thrilled with the work they have done. Gareth worked with us on what we were looking for, keeping recommendations within budget, and communication was stellar all throughout both projects.

The crews that worked both projects were nothing short of amazing. It was amazing to watch them work from early in the morning and transform our spaces in a short week. Our landscape designer was truly exceptional. The crew was polite, hardworking and helpful. They implemented the landscape plan exactly as written and cleaned up every day. Gareth formulated the landscape plan early on and quickly implemented the changes we requested. The job was started on time on the day scheduled. To our surprise, the job, which was formidable, was completed in 5 days! Toward the end of the project, we encountered some sprinkler challenges (some pre-existing) and some other local issues and Gareth and Ryan were right there with us to solve these in short order!!

Jordan and team were so easy to work with, and listened to what we wanted and made into a great design.
