I contacted Alpine Gardens this Spring to do a complete re-landscaping of my backyard including removal of a paver patio and replacement with a stamped concrete patio of the same size.

Evan Moore was the overall project manager including the design. He did a great job. I look forward to working with him again next summer to redo my front yard landscaping. I have received many compliments from neighbors on how the landscape turned out.

I want to especially thank Angel, Dan, and Edwin who removed my old landscaping and installed my new landscaping. They took great care in removing my old plantings and in the installation of the new plants, mulch, drip system, and edging. At the end of the workday everything was cleaned up and left in a very neat state.

I also had a chance to walk around the site with Lauren Wilson who is the Warranty Manager after things were completed. She will check back with me on plant health next year.

I can’t say enough about the great treatment I received and how my landscape turned out.

Alpine Gardens helped us with developing a landscaping plan to update our yard. Brandon and Chesney were great to work with and listened to our wants/needs and adjusted accordingly. The results are amazing and we couldn't be happier with the final product! The whole process from design conception to finish was easy. We would highly recommend Alpine Gardens!

Excellent advice. Easy to work with. Honest and intelligent. Affordable.

Service started out great, but quickly deteriorated when weather delays and cost overruns (per them) slowed progress. Main concerns: o

1) poor design and reluctant to share Vision (apparently it was roughly thought out) - should have been a red flag
2) sprinkler system failed after they rerouted it (I was charged for this). Very poorly thought out.
3) pavers on patio pool water and does not drain properly
4) Fire pit wall poorly designed and pavers coming lose within 4 months
5) new stairs to patio - was told “we will show you options to install metal designer rails”, when I asked after a couple of weeks was told “we went ahead and ordered” , when I saw them completing the railing with wood I was told this is better - one of many lies they told
6) dirt berm they built up against the deck on the other side of the yard Deteriorated within 6 months of completion with the deck itself moving
7) flowers in front yard..never came back to plant…we didn’t pay, but never would have used them as the job was not complete.
So much more- but will end here - they have refused to come out and make repairs after promising they will not take payment until we’re satisfied. Not true they will insist on it. Approximately $50k of wasted money… I ended up spending another $40k to fix and improve what was very very poorly designed and installed - bottom line they would make decent laborers, but should not own a business

I've used this company many times and they're amazing. As long as you communicate what you're hoping for, they're spot on!
Many times, I'll ask for help with a task, and they end up solving other issues that I couldn't figure out.

BrightScape has amazing attention to detail, is fairly priced, and provides great customer service. I would recommend BrightScape to anyone looking for landscape improvements.

Don and Todd have done a bunch of work at our house, all of it great. They put in a bunch of bushes along our fence line and a couple of trees, all of them are thriving. They also built a privacy screen around our back patio that looks great and is in great condition after several years.

Todd has been really helpful with several landscaping projects for us. He has removed fallen trees and planted new ones. He helped with our erosion problems and also did terracing and grading work that has made our yard much more livable. I would definitely recommend Brightscape for your landscape needs.

BrightScape did an amazing job helping us transform our backyard. We especially appreciated their attention to detail as it made for a beautiful end product. We use the backyard much more now and love entertaining in the new space.

They are extremely efficient and conservative with people's budget. Even during the busy season, BrightScape always finds a way to fit me in quickly. We have had blowouts and turn ons, sprinkler repairs, new sprinkler system put in, and new sod....and I'm sure I'm forgetting a few things. They listen to the customer and get the work done. Going to be kind of a funny post as I have not employed this companies services, but I do live in the area of their office and often take walks along Hemlock St after work. For that reason I often see Detailed Landscaping trucks driving towards me. The road in unpaved and does not have sidewalks and without exception their trucks always slow down and give me wide berth avoiding kicking up tons of dust.

It's not a huge thing but speaks to a culture about being a good neighbor and acting with care.
