We hired Alpine Gardens to design and landscape our backyard for added privacy, and the experience was fantastic. Kris was a pleasure to work with—always transparent about the schedule and the work being done. The project was completed smoothly, with only a few minor issues, all of which were resolved immediately. We couldn’t be happier with Alpine Gardens and the beautiful space they created for us.

From beginning to end, Alpine shined. Working with Evan on a design for a tiered garden makeover was easy. He listened to our concerns and worked with us to come up with a final design. As work began, we could tell we were in good hands with Jose, Dan, Patrick and Jesus. These guys busted their tails through the heat and constantly kept us informed and consulted us with any minor changes. Their hard work and attention to detail is greatly appreciated.
We have been planning and saving for this project for several years and are very happy with our choice in working with Alpine!

Evan and his crew at Alpine Gardens did an excellent job. Good communication during the design process. They job was done on time and on budget and looks great. Overall, I highly recommend Alpine Gardens.

After a rocky start (no pun intended) with an employee who is no longer with Alpine Gardens, we have had a great experience with our “enhancement crew,” Melissa and Miles, and supervisor Lauren. On-site advice and adjustments were knowledgeable and professional, with good “people skills” and helpful advice on upkeep and pruning that went well beyond the minimum that the job would have required. Melissa alone is is a priceless contributor! We would certainly use them again.

***Update*** Since this review, we heard back quickly from both the estimator and company apologizing for the miscommunication. We received a nice handwritten note from the estimator and we appreciate the service recovery

We had an appointment with Alpine Gardens to give us an estimate for a large yard project. My husband took off work to be there to go over the project and when they didn’t show up after an hour, he called the office. They confirmed we had the correct date and time and said they would try to reach an estimator who would give him a call. They never called and Alpine has lost our business.

Miss Loren was so knowledgeable about everything we discussed regarding our landscape design. She had awesome ideas for our outdoor spaces around our country home for water shed, pathways and shrub plantings. I am so excited to get started and create beautiful outdoor spaces to enjoy! I would highly recommend Loren and her team to design and build your outdoor living spaces!

We can’t say enough about Alpine Gardens and designer Evan Moore. We had a retaining wall that had shifted over time and was on the verge of collapsing. After making initial contact with Alpine, Evan was in touch to schedule a meeting to discuss replacement. Upon checking out the situation, he provided material options, sent the contract, and let us know the approximate timeline for starting the project. As it turned out, he was able to get a crew out much earlier than anticipated and the work was finished before it was initially supposed to begin. Evan made a couple of trips out to make sure the work was being done according to the design. The installers were efficient, meticulous, friendly, and kept us up in the loop about the progress. The process was smooth and seamless and exceeded our expectations. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Alpine Gardens and Evan Moore.

I had Angel, Dan, Edwin, and John completing the job and was impressed! The work was amazing and they cleaned up so well! No mess left behind i wish I had a before picture. Ill definitely use this company again.

We have a very small outdoor space and Alpine turned it into a beautiful extension of our home. They put down beautiful stone over our concrete patio and built a deck area which doubled our usable outdoor space.

The design work by Kris was beautiful and the finished product was great. We had some construction issues that turned up after completion of the project, and Alpine was quick to remedy them. The work done by Greg to address the issue was exceptional.

I would highly recommend Alpine for any sized landscape project.

Evan was great to work with; as was the installation crew, Arnold and two others. They all worked hard during a couple of days of very hot weather.
Evan also referred me to a contractor that installed stair railings.
I found the perfect contractors for my project; the neighbors have commented on how great everything looks and how mindful the crew was of their property.
Alpine Gardens is also to be commended for working with me for two very long years through mediation and arbitration with the home builder. Thank you Kris and Alpine management for supporting me through that very stressful process.

This is the second full landscape for a new home that Alpine Gardens has done for us. This particular project was to refresh our front yard landscape which is 25 years old.
From the design team to the landscape crew we have always had dependable, hardworking employees and a beautiful completed project!

Our designer, Evan, was very responsive and great to work with. Alpine was very easy to work with. I am very happy with the work they did, from start to finish.

I can't state enough what a great job Evan and his team did to transform our plane Jane front yard into a beautiful combination of hardscape, and plantings. Alpine's crews were prompt, efficient, and cleaned up so well that when they completed the work you could not tell that they had graded the entire yard and moved literally tons of stone. Many thanks to Lauren, Angel, and the rest of the crew for their efforts and follow through.

I have used Alpine Gardens for years, at two homes. Their work is fantastic! Thoughtful and also very considerate of all my input. I first worked with Evan (fantastic) and later Lauren (fantastic)! Alpine Gardens has done many things for me -- trees, flowers, grasses, rock, trimming, weed spraying and sprinkler adjustments. Their work is exceptional! Their guarantees are exemplary! Alpine Gardens redesigned an existing front and backyard landscape. Chesney and Brandon were very creative with design and walked my property before and after design to be sure the design was what I wanted. The contract was very clear regarding all parties' responsibilities. Scheduling was prompt. The crew, Angel, Dan, and Edwin started work and remained on the job everyday through completion. Angel never hesitated to answer all my questions in a very polite and professional manner. A very hard working crew who attended to the planned drawings to a tee. I absolutely love my new yard and I know I will enjoy it for many years to come. Thank you Alpine Gardens for an enjoyable experience.

We were referred to Alpine by our rep at Bartlett Tree Experts. This was one of the easiest projects to get done! Evan and Alpine did everything without us ever meeting face-to-face as we had a long trip we were taking. Evan sent us the designs with descriptions and photos of each plant he recommended and we paid the deposit. His team came and installed everything while we were gone, so we returned to a much neater landscape bed than when we left. The first time I met Evan was when he came by to check on things and make sure the irrigation was getting to the plants appropriately. Additionally, we thought our project would cost quite a bit more than it did. We plan to have Alpine design and install more landscaping in the spring!

What a magnificent experience! I am so happy with the finalized product. The workers were conscientious of my life, courteous when they spoke to me and I was left feeling that this project was easy to adjust to. Highly recommend Alpine for any landscape projects you might have on your horizon.

My front and backyard and have been completely transformed by the team at Alpine! Brandon and Chesney are creative, practical, communicative, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Their ideas and planning were beyond my expectations. My yard now includes a beautiful water feature, a river rock creek bed, well-thought out perennial landscaping and hardscaping, with gorgeous metal light columns and a design arch in the front. Just wow!! The ground crew were all professional, kept the area clean and were very accommodating with my dogs being outside while the work was going on. We had to make a few changes during the process and all were easily handled. My corner lot is now a showstopper in the neighborhood! I will work with this group for all of my yard projects in the future.

Brandon & Chesney @ Alpine Gardens were easy to work with to develop a landscaping plan for the backside of my house. They worked within my budget, came up with a plan that fit in with my surroundings, which their installers, Angel, Dan, Edwin & Alaina, made come to life. I’m very pleased, and would use their services again!

The first thing of note was the communication, prior, during and after the project. Brandon and his team worked with us on the plan, listened to our thoughts and incorporated them into the design. They provided visualization prior to starting and made the changes we recommended. The work crew was also excellent and very communicative on what they were doing and when. It was a whole team effort. They had to redo sprinklers and update the drip system for the new items, yet preserve and even improve the existing plant coverage. I was also surprised at the care taken in moving large rocks, digging a huge hole and moving lots of dirt. Part of the fence was replaced, rocks put back and existing plant life trimmed or replanted appropriately. I'm a bit late in writing the review, but I'm glad I waited so I could let you know about the follow-up care. At the beginning of Spring they came back, replaced plants, checked stream functionality and fixed a broken sprinkler valve. I've posted some pics. Day and night stream photos.
