Brad and his family have taken care of our property for 5 plus years. The landscaping on the front of our house transformed the entrance driveway and the planting in the front courtyard. They also built walkways that better connected different parts of our property. They regularly prune and trim our trees and shrubs as well as weed the planted areas. They also plant additional bulbs in the fall. This is a well organized and run family business with Brad, his wife and their 4 children all participating. They work hard and do excellent work.

Brooks Landscape designed our gorgeous landscaping at our custom newly built house in 2019. We are very happy with the design! Our house looks spectacular after adding the flowerbed and front stone steps. Brooks Landscape also maintains all the plants in the front and back yard. They are very professional and we highly recommend them!

We have worked with Brooks Landscape on two large projects at this point, both turned out absolutely stunning! Not only do they do beautiful design work, but they have great knowledge of plants and put a lot of thought into how they will handle their specific location and how they will look throughout each season. They always have shown great integrity and even when we had something go wrong they made sure to make it right and continue to stand by their work. Highly recommend. We engaged Brad Brooks last year to design and install a natural, low-maintenance landscape. He listened to us carefully as we discussed our goals and he designed an affordable, flexible plan to meet our needs and the requirements of our HOA. Brad stayed within budget and he made many suggestions that created additional cost savings and improvements throughout the project. Like Brad, his family-based crew is extremely hardworking and a real delight to work with.

Brad listened to our goals, ideas, and preferences and consistently worked to make sure the landscape fulfilled our intents. Brooks' landscape is installation is a highpoint. Brad and company have done a couple of projects for us over the last few years. We've been consistently satisfied with Brooks Landscaping with regards to fair pricing, good communication and quality work. His crew is always really professional and respectful of our property, making sure gates are kept closed to keep our dogs in when necessary and making suggestions for plants and trees that are better suited to our yard. I noticed a 1-star review here, but I believe it's because Brooks wasn't available to do their job. Clearly it didn't come from someone who had worked with Brad - I can't imagine them getting a bad review.

Brooks Landscape was a pleasure and joy to work with. Loved their design and attention to detail. The job was completed on time just as they said. Everything was immaculate when the job was completed. And they came back afterwards for a walk through! Best experience ever! The entire team was wonderful and I cannot recommend their services enough!

Brooks Landscape did an excellent job with my landscaping project. Brad was able to do the walk through within a week of my contacting them, and he had several great ideas while just looking at the yard. Once the Estimate came, he was willing to make adjustments as we talked through more ideas. His family of workers did a fantastic job with the actual work - punctual, very careful, leaving the driveway and road way clean at the end of each work day etc. They worked very hard and the project was completed ahead of schedule. When I can plan Phase II, I will definitely call them again.

I highly recommend Lizotte Landscaping! A few years ago, Adam tackled difficult grading issue in my backyard that was causing drainage problems, and the solution was spot on. Last year, completely transformed my front yard with beautiful xeriscaping, using large slate pavers, moss rock, mulch, bushes. Adam is a true pro on the design side and equally good at the technical stuff. The curb appeal of my house looks -- totally rad. Thank you, Adam!

We got Adam's name from a neighbor who had him put in their flagstone patio, and they said they were happy with his work. Our patio just got completed a few hours ago and it's GORGEOUS! I like a natural look to the garden and he was able to understand exactly what I wanted and design the patio into beautiful curving whimsical lines, just as I was hoping for. Because he works with the planting aspect of landsaping as well, he was also able to advise me on plant ideas for stepables to put between the stones. Any time I had a question about future garden plans etc, he took the time out of his work to answer in great detail.

We've hired several people to help with house projects, and anyone who has done that knows how difficult it is to find contracting type job help that is reliable, on time, professional, etc. He was all of the above. Except for the job getting delayed a week (with ample notice however), they showed up on time, never left any of their own stuff around, and just in general behaved professionally across the board. We couldn't be happier and we'll for sure be hiring him for our next patio projects!

Summary-
Adam was fantastic from estimate to project completion. We had major water issues up against our house and needed to get flagstone pulled up and the drainage addressed. Once we had Lizotte out, our problems were solved and a year later we still appreciate the work they've done.

To go deeper into it:

I requested about 5 landscaping companies to come out and give me a bid; two were no-show.

Of the three that remained, one only gave me a french drain option (more expensive), one only gave me a re-grading option (cheaper), but only Lizotte gave me both and took the time to explain the benefits of both options.

Bid wise, Lizotte came in right in-between of both bids received from the other companies (lower on french drain, slightly higher on grading) and I decided to go with them on the more expensive french drain.

During the project, Lizotte was timely, friendly and patient with both my 5yr old and small dogs, and we were thrilled with the end result.

I'm so happy with them, I'm now looking at having them come out again to help with more landscaping for us to achieve our dream yard. I'd highly recommend them to anyone and will continue to refer them to my friends and family.

Adam redid our entire backyard in xeriscaping. The final product looks marvelous! Additionally, Adam was incredibly easy to work with--communicative, responsive, and responsible. He was willing to work with me to meet my somewhat restricted budget, providing suggestions and alternatives. His bid was not the lowest one out there, but it was far below the big-name company, and I feel like his work product and DEFINITELY his service were far superior. I'm pleasantly surprised and extremely satisfied. I've already recommended him to a couple of friends. Thanks, Adam!

Adam has done two yards for us here in Fort Collins and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a beautiful yard. He transformed our former ugly backyard in our first home by removing old dead trees and building a locking retaining wall. Our second home was a brand new build and he created a lovely backyard, complete with stone patio and flagstone pathway from scratch. We couldn't be happier with the final result. Installed yard had big dips, sprinklers didn’t clear the sod. Did not prep ground completely before laying sod. Now we need repairs on the system but they won’t do it unless we buy additional services. Will be moving on to a company with better service - both customer service and actual services provided.
