I called them on Monday and Friday morning Mike was there right when they said he would be. He did a great job fixing a few sprinkler heads and setting up my system for me. Mike was very knowledgeable and was able to walk me through everything he did to the point I felt like I could almost do it. He was one of those people that you can tell enjoys what they do, it was refreshing. There was a miscommunication with the billing so I talked to Josh and he was great about working with me to find a solution. I would highly recommend the work of All Terrain Landscaping to anyone.

I had the sprinkler system blown out today. Brandon was the technician. Arrived on time, polite, and knowledgeable. I Will continue to use All Terrain Landscaping whenever possible.

My wife and I just bought our first house in Colorado and sprinkler maintenance was something new for us to wrap our heads around.

We managed to contact All Terrain through the previous owner and they were able to seamlessly pick up with their regular maintenance they have previously provided to the property.

Zero work required on our part. Their technician - Eric showed up exactly on time, performed prompt and professional service (blowout), and answered my numerous curiosities around irrigation and sprinkler service.

We will be retaining their services next season.

My go to guys for work on my sprinkler system beyond my skills. It all starts with their courteous schedulers. Tony came today to do my sprinkler system winterization (blowout). As with all the techs that come to my house, he was very professional while simultaneously being friendly and respectful. Tony did the job well and quickly. He still had time to answer questions, check on parts of the system that I had some concerns about and educate me. Great service by a great company.

Peter came out and helped me understand our new homes sprinkler system. He was extremely knowledgeable and honest. I ran into a small billing issue after my appointment and it was resolved immediately. Will use again in the event of future sprinkler issues or repairs!

Needed late in season sprinkler system blow out and they were able to accommodate. Very professional staff. Eric called ahead to let me know when to expect him, he was on time, friendly, helpful and professional. Great service.

2024 update - All Terrain is still the best!! Every person that comes out is friendly, knowledgeable, and doesn't push additional services on you. Ben today continued the awesome service I get every year.

We had a drainage issue by our house that would get particularly bad during the torrential spring downpours here on the Front Range. So bad that we needed to go outside with push brooms during the storms and move water away from our house! This was, unfortunately, caused by some mature landscaping and tree roots changing the slope of our back yard. We didn't want to get rid of our trees and still needed a solution though. The team at All Terrain (Kaylor, Rob, Chris, Mason, and Joseph) found a way! They needed to lift our back patio 7 inches, reframe our inner patio and resize the door, reinstall a new patio, install drainage (including downspout upgrades), shore up the window wells, and reinstall pea gravel (they even provided new for us!). They did this all while working around our electrical main line and our trees. I highly recommend working with this team as they were professional, attentive, thorough, and organized throughout the entire process. We will be working with them again soon on the continuation of our backyard too. Thanks again!

We had the company do all the work on our backyard. It was a new home so there was only dirt. The crew was BEYOND wonderful! I believe the crew leader was named Jose. He was a pleasure to work with and explained everything to my wife or myself. They installed irrigation, sod, rock, and planted a tree. We could not be more pleased with our experience and our yard! I would highly recommend Jose and the crew that was here in late September!

Today, Peter came to fix an issue with the irrigation that was installed by a subcontractor for the home builder. He called in advance and was here about 45 minutes early. He did an amazing job and once again he explained everything to me and answered all my questions! I would highly recommend Peter!

Have used ATL for 3 or 4 years now, maybe longer? Never disappointed. They consistently deliver great service, thorough knowledge of my sprinkler system, resolve issues quickly and professionally. Peter is the best!

And, here we are, 5 months later, same 5 star rating. This time for a difficult aeration job. My very sloped yard is a challenge. Their aeration tech, Tian, did a great job today. He was respectful, courteous and didn't give up.

I had worked with All Terrain for several years and they did decent work. It did seem like they never quite fully fixed my sprinklers seeing as they had to redo fixes occasionally. Their field technicians were a little inconsistent too. Some were good, some were just okay. But I kept using them since things went fairly well and I was familiar with them.

I needed help with sprinklers at a new property that I was unfamiliar with. I did not know how many zones were in my yard. When they went to winterize them, I was overcharged for zones that didn't actually exist in my yard. Because of this I did not immediately pay my bill. To be fair to them, it did take my longer than it should have to reach out to them to fix the bill. After a couple of calls and some back forth I did eventually get them to take off the charge. It wasn't easy and I got the vibe they didn't really believe me.

After this situation, I was put on a list that required me to prepay before they do work. Obviously, I would never agree with this since they had a history of overcharging me. I admit I should have reached out sooner and paid sooner but life happened. Seeing as I never missed bills in the past and it was a one time thing, this action seemed aggressive and almost like retribution for disagreeing with a charge.

No big deal, I'll find another lawn service. Just thought I'd share my experience.

Peter arrived right on time and was helpful explaining to me the process of blowing the sprinklers out so that I will be able to do it myself next year. Answered all of my questions and walked around the property to ensure no issues were seen with the system while blowing it out. Peter also offers some advice on ways that we could improve our sprinkler system given that we recently moved in. Definitely recommend!

We and our sister HOAs both switched to All Terrain for the 2024 season, and we had nothing but issues. They would mow the lawns of homes instead of only clearly communicated common areas, not take care of weeds unless we hounded them about it, left our shrubs way too long and always needed to be kept on top of. Additionally, for the snow plowing, they would completely miss areas they were supposed to clear, and then they would plow dirt paths that they were not supposed to and then bill us for that.

We've even met with our account manager a few times & the area manager once, but it was very clear that they seemed to think they had razor thin margins to make money and were all about speed, not quality, so we were returned to our former landscaping company.

Our HOA management company said they've had good luck with All Terrain in Greeley, but apparently not here in Fort Collins.

I love All Terrain! I have been using this company for a few years and have nothing but good things to say. All 3 years we have Peter Gray come to blow our sprinklers out and he does a great job. I get all my questions answered plus a little education as well. Brandon also does a great job and is quick! Really a great company!

When I reached out to All Terrain Landscaping regarding a late season holiday light installation I didn't have high hopes that they would be able to fit us in but not only did they get lights done for us they were fast, professional and truly went the extra mile to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Pete and Eric were professional and ensured that our lights were well installed and looked great. Josh, who helped us get scheduled, went the extra mile to get us on the schedule and was great to work with. They were fair with us on pricing and the rates were good. I would highly recommend them and will likely use them in the future for other projects.

Peter and the team rescued us from a huge jam last spring after another company walked off the job without completing service.
