During renovations, My animals were displaced and, well, there were messes. They never judged and treated me with complete respect. David and his crew are kind, honest, and all about the customer. They have done wonders for me. Please use these hard working, good people! Also, Joy in the office, will be your best friend

Got my carpets cleaned in February and they looked decent at first. About an Month later my carpets looked like I never got them done! I’ve very cautious about shoes off, and there has been no spills. The vacuum used was worse Than mine. I was really looking forward to it this time, since my first experience was great! But this one not so much. I don’t think I’ll be coming here again.

Great service and excellent effort 110%, have older carpeting with some inkjet stains and a few puppy stains. Just wanted it clean not expecting to get stains out. Wow, great job my wife was extremely happy with the technician said he was the most courteous person and worked hard and happy to get stains out. I am all about sincere effort and kindness. Great Job!

We had to postpone for a day on short notice and Comfort Carpet Clean rescheduled on the day we needed. Two-person crew was on time within the two-hour slot slated. Equipment setup quickly, carpet cleaned in five rooms (tri-level house) and stairs in about 70 minutes. And we mean clean! Looked like we had new carpet. No odor. We used fans in master BR to dry carpet by bedtime. Other rooms required several hours to dry, as we were told they would. We recommend this company.

Not the best. What was done looks good. When I talked to the representative over the phone and told him we have a sectional couch. He said no problem, just make sure it’s in pieces so it can be slid around easy. I took apart and put 2 of the pieces in the garage to make it easy on them and so we still have a couch to sit on. There was a few stains under coach to clean. The cleaner never bother to slide couch and look. After he said he was done my wife pointed out stains underneath couch. He said would be extra since all his stuff was put away, even though we paid for that whole room to be cleaned. On the website you can watch a YouTube video that shows how they say they clean your carpets. One of their selling points is they use an industrial vacuum that is suppose to be way better than yours. Not sure if it is cause it didn’t happen as well as many other things they advertise on their video. Would Not recommend.

Carpet was due for its warranty scheduled cleaning. Comfort carpet cleaning really brought back the life to the carpet and furniture upholstery. Our 6,000 square foot home was not a difficult task for this company with their nice looking equipment and experienced workers. Made sure to leave them with large tip because I would like to see more companies operate like comfort carpet clean.Next time I'm scheduling tile cleaning with comfort carpet clean as well.

While in search of a professional carpet cleaning company I randomly selected "Comfort Carpet Clean" as one of my handful of carpet cleaning interviews for meeting my deadlines, quality and price. First impression on the phone was professional and caring. I was impressed the owner chose to pull over while talking to me and checking availability to meet my needs. While other contacts were rushed or even failed to return my call. I was pleasantly surprised to find this husband and wife dual were friendly, polite and you could tell they liked what they do for a professional living. My house was tough, I have three kids, three dogs and three large floors to clean. This team was relentless and NEVER left the floor/level until it was "perfect". They stayed for over 4 hours and whiled I was nervous what the end result for my cost would be...they stuck with their quote which was way less than what I was quoted by others.....I gave them a "tip". I will always use and recommend this professional dual for my furniture and carpets...they do not quit until it's perfect. THANK YOU "COMFORT CARPET CLEAN" for your job exceeding my expectations!!

Scheduled a move out carpet clean...David was on time, professional and honored his amazing low prices through Valpak! He did a great job cleaning our carpets for the new tenants! I will continue to call this company for any future carpet cleaning services and I highly recommend them!

Comfort Carpet Clean did a fantastic job on my carpets. They were very professional and did a great job in a timely manner. Comfort used fans to dry my carpets after cleaning and the carpet was dry in half an hour. I would highly recommend Comfort Carpet Cleaning to anyone who likes top notch detail oriented service. David just completed cleaning five rooms plus a hallway and stairs and did a fantastic job. I made the mistake of hiring a Best of NOCO magazine company who does not use a truck mounted extraction method. Won’t make that mistake again. I called Comfort Carpet Clean when the other company left and David arrived the next day. Great service and cost less than the other company. I’ll be using them for a business account.

I used Comfort Carpet Clean for our rental property. Amazing service and customer care. Setting up the appointment was easy. Bryan and Cody were prompt and very courteous! Bryan ran through some different options for getting out pet odor from some areas and was very upfront with the end price before they got started - no hidden costs and very reasonable! I wish all companies took pride in their service and the way they treat their customers! Thank you for making this process so easy!

Had them clean my whole house carpet areas in late April. Not satisfied at all, I had to reclean my stairs with my own Hoover carpet cleaner to get it cleaned. No wonder why their coupons came in a valpak. This was the dirty water from just the landing of the stairs, literally not even a month after cleaning and we don’t wear shoes in the house.

They “stretched” my carpet to repair it as well. It’s still noticeable and I felt like I waisted my $500 bucks. Will not use again.
