Cole (and his colleague) were wonderful! Cole was very knowledgeable and great to work with. I love that they moved (moved back on blocks) all my big furniture. The carpet dried quickly due to the great equipment and knowing the cleaning is dog friendly is peace of mind. I will be using them again soon for my basement!

Dirk was amazing. We had an emergency with our couch that needed cleaning after a pet accident, and he was so wonderful to squeeze us in during the week of the 4th. He worked so hard on our couch, and it came out better than expected. He did such an amazing job that I am having him come back and do our carpets. Thank you Dirk.

I am VERY pleased with their entire process, from coming and giving me a written quote, describing what would be done, and then staying in contact right up to the point of texting me when they were 15 minutes away. Did an awesome pro job on carpets that had been neglected by the previous owners for about 15 years. Beautiful job! And they do other things like tile grout too. Great price too. Highly recommend!

I was impressed with Cole Fowler and his assistant. They were there earlier than the set time but called to ask if I was ready first. They came in, brought their equipment and got right to work. Did an efficient, thorough job and were ready to leave in approx. 30 minutes. The carpet looks better than it ever has. Altogether, a pleasant experience and if I wasn't going to be moving I would surely have them back.

We were completely pleased with this company. First, because of the local nature of this small business, second because of their effort to communicate about what was included in their service and price, and third, the exceptional quality of their work.

I’ve never done a professional carpet cleaning I’ve always done it myself with my pet pro bissel so this was my first time and I went with Actually clean because of the great reviews they’ve gotten and I don’t regret my decision. The experience was great. They were quick professional, and did such an amazing job. I have two careless and reckless toddlers and a Doberman so that says a lot about how my carpets looked before the carpets got cleaned. I was mostly worried about the stairs cause they were of course my high traffic area and my dog runs up and down them like a mad man. They literally made the carpets look brand new. I was literally like wow they look gorgeous! I couldn’t stop looking at how nice they came out. It says they offer military discount too but I forgot to ask for it but that’s okay. Still worth the money. I know I’ll definitely be getting my deposit back from where we were renting. Thank you Actually Clean! I know where I’ll be calling the next time I need a carpet cleaning!
