Dirk and sons, at Actually Clean, helped me out with a quick two room carpet cleaning before company came into town. Unfortunately, we had to put our dog down and he had, had a few accidents. Very accommodating to fit me in so quickly. Highly recommend as a locally and family owned business. And price is very fair. Will have them back in October for fall cleaning. Thanks Cole and Aaron!

Originally was quoted $189 for basement, hallway, and a two urine spots from a cat that (since was removed from the home) by the father over the phone, which I get can be a tricky thing to do without measuring. Two sons got here and just my living room not including the hallway for the two spots and cleaning was $225 so $36 more then originally quoted and not including my hallway. I paid it, after it was all said and done and dry the two urine spots still smelled to me so they came back out to retreat the two spots, during both visits the son mentioned multiple times how this was basically out of their way which was odd to me because why did you even agree to come out here? So after they came out here and re treated the two spots he said it was $25 more for gas because it’s so far? Odd. I prefer using privately owned companies over big corporations but this felt kinda scammy and won’t ever call them back and won’t refer them to anyone. Would not suggest. Space was 294x233 not including hallway. Two stars because my carpet was clean but how they do business isn’t for me.

Super professional! They showed up when they said they would. They communicated clearly. They were incredibly kind when they introduced themselves and explained their process. Carpets look amazing! They are serious about carpet cleaning and customer service!

Highly recommended! My teenager spilled gel nail polish on the carpet, and we tried everything to remove it without success. I honestly had no hope when we reached out, assuming we’d have to replace the carpet. However, they did an amazing job—every stain is gone, and the carpet looks brand new. The price is fair too. can’t recommend them enough.

They really live up to their name. Our rugs are cleaner than I've ever seen them. I thought the rug was darker but it was just years of ground in dirt they removed. They also removed spots I had given up on. I thought they were stains I'd have to live with. No residue like other companies leave, only a fresh scent and incredibly clean. They picked them up and returned them actually clean and like new.

On time, respected furniture, professional, courteous, great price. I was very pleased, they performed miracles on carpet I thought I might have to replace and now it looks near new, Thanks and great job!

Outstanding!!! They took my 25 year old cream color whole house carpeting and made it look beautiful again. Especially impressive because my husband and I live with 3 dogs and have children who frequently visit with their 3 dogs. Professional, prompt and price is very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Actually Clean did an AMAZING job!! My husband and I are both blown away. I didn’t know carpet cleaning could be so effective! It’s almost like they are brand new. They were somehow able to get out a really big nasty stain from spilling cooking oil years ago. Check out these before and after photos - in the before, you can see the carpet line of where our area rug used to be, and in the after, the line and stains are gone! Highly recommend!

Actually clean did a wonderful job of helping us when our old water heater burst. They sent out Cole and Dirk the same day and pulled up the carpet and pad and got fans on the water immediately. They then came back promptly and restored the carpet well and did a great job cleaning all the carpets in the house. Thanks Actually Clean for helping us restore our home.

Cole and his crew (originally his dad ) have been cleaning carpets for me personally as well as for my property management business for over 20 years! I have had to use other carpet companies in a pinch due to a quick turnovers on rentals; however, I always regret when that happens. Actually Clean is far superior to any other carpet cleaning company. They are not the cheapest but the saying holds true ‘you get what you pay for.’ Their attention to detail, thoroughness, communication and care cannot be matched!
Not only have, they found the secret sauce for the cleanest carpets/furniture and removing even the toughest stains, but their level of professionalism Is always top-notch as well. I feel fortunate I was referred to Actually Clean so many years ago and I will continue to use them forevermore. Yesterday I had Actually Clean back to clean my carpets (and also my tiles this time) and, once again, they did a FABULOUS JOB! I am always 100% pleased with their results and can't recommend them highly enough. It is a family run business and has been around a number of years and always gets very high marks on all the review sites. I'm hoping to have them back soon to clean my sofa and recliner. 👩‍🦰

Actually Clean is an incredible service! They cleaned our couch that was so dirty from our dog and baby and it truly looks back to new. The took time to chat about and explain everything, we’re very detail oriented, and tidy with their equipment. We had lots of people in and out and they were friendly to everyone and just excellent at customer service. We won’t use anyone else!
