I was very impressed with the job Elite did on all of our windows! They worked so hard, did an excellent job cleaning, vacuuming and steaming the windows. They were polite, fast and efficient! I could not have asked for better service! Thank you so much!

Elite Window Cleaning did a great job with washing our windows (both inside and out). They had super easy communication through text on when they would arrive which is nice when you have littles and were considerate about asking where they should start their job so that you still had a private space to be in if desired. We will definitely be using them again for our window washing needs.

Downspouts left totally clogged even after I verbally asked that extra attention be paid to unclogging them

11/21 edited to add: they came back out today to flush the downspouts. I went outside just after they left and it was obvious that they did not flush out the second story downspouts. Left message with Elite.

Drew and his crew did a fantastic job of cleaning our windows! They are very professional and hard- working. They even wear booties over their shoes while in the house. We have a lot of windows and many are very high. They are all sparkling clean! We would highly recommend Elite Window Cleaning!

Our home looks brand new! The Elite team washed all the windows, inside and out, and power washed our home, the garage and the work shop. What an amazing difference. If houses could sparkle, ours would a sparkler. The team arrived on time, were very courteous and knowledgeable. Travis went the extra step and power washed our gazebo - just because he knew it was needed. I’m very grateful for the work that was done and will certainly get on the schedule for a Spring cleaning. My house is a difficult house to wash. The sides are very high and not a whole lot of room to work with. However, the guys handled it real well and the job looks good. Thank you.

I had Elite come out and pressure wash the house and window clean on Tuesday. Pressure washing was supposed to be soft wash as stated on there website. Yesterday I went out to my deck and noticed that the pressure washer had shredded the railing when he hit it. He obviously hit it and didn't realize it would do so much damage. I sent an email and left a voicemail yesterday evening. I've tried texting, calling and emailing today. They are very responsive when it's being quoted, however I cannot get them to respond as of yet. No one said anything to me Tuesday, thinking I just wouldn't notice the damage. They did stress how they strive for 5 start reviews and to contact them should I need anything. Well I've been trying and have been very unsuccessful. At this point I absolutely can't recommend them, I would love for them to reach out. I think there website only shows there 5 start reviews, I will be posting this on there website as well. Guess I'll see if it is displayed. Very disappointed and waiting for there response

Update - I was contacted by elite, and was informed that the customer service contact is located in Houston and was affected by the recent hurricane. Which absolutely explains the lack of contact, they apologized and I completely understand.
Mick the owner reached out and came out to look at the damage was very understanding of my concerns. He is actually here now replacing and restaining the damaged peice. He is also restaining the whole top rail in order to try and match the colors as best as he can. I am completely satisfied with everything they have done so far. They have done everything they can to make it right which I appreciate very much.

After looking at the repair from a different side of my deck I noticed today that there's now stain running down the exterior wall. I again cannot recommend this company, yes they did come and fix there first mistakeml. The fact that the owner came out to do this repair and it looks like it does. Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied.

I love this company of window cleaning. Inside and outside with screen cleaning. Andrew and crew does a superb job. They wear shoe protection inside our home. You’ll never have cleaner windows

My name is Ike and I'm a loyal customer of United Window Cleaning. I've volunteered to do an unpaid endorsement for them.

United Window Cleaning has been helping me maintain my home since 2009. It started out with windows as my house is two story and I'm not big on heights. And yes, they do an excellent job on my windows. But they are a window cleaning company so I would expect that from any service provider. BUT!!!! Let me share the extras that differentiate United Window Cleaning from their competitors
- They always call days ahead of my appointments.
- They are always on time.
- They always respect my property (picking up after themselves, being careful how they place ladders, etc).
- They always help with window screens & inserts.
- They are always pleasant to my family and pets.

I can assure you this extra, beyond just the window, care is NOT something you can just assume a service provider will care about, much less execute on.

Being very satisfied with the whole idea of using United Window Cleaning, I found out they also do gutters. They now do my home twice a year. In the spring the do windows inside & out. In the fall, the do outside windows and gutters.

And then! They also do window screens. I can do window screens, poorly. United Window Cleaning does window screens "tight". I have pets, so there are always screens to repair when United Window Cleaning come.

And while we are talking about extra valuable services, I usually sneak in a high light bulb or two while they are here and they haven't charged me extra.

And yes, United Window Cleaning does have to make a profit, but for the amount charged I'm getting a lot done: windows cleaned, gutters emptied (yuck), screens fixed, light bulbs replaced. They should change their name to United Home Maintenance services.

These guys are amazing! They did all the windows inside and out in about 45 minutes. They are super fast, professional, and their attention to detail is phenomenal! Perfectly clean, no mess, and came when we asked them to - and the price is GREAT!! We'll have them back in 6 months at OUR convenience. Highly recommend these folks.
