Highly recommend! Honest, reliable and efficient. We've been using United for 2+ years now and they do an amazing job. Seth, Owner, went above and beyond assisting us with a window manufacturing problem. Not only a great company to do windows but their professionalism and integrity are outstanding.

Seth is great to work with and always tolerates my crazy schedule. His staff is awesome to work with and they know what customer service is. They send me reminders and always show up when they say. I believe this is the 4th year that I have used them and never been disappointed!

I have used United Windows since 2014 when we moved into our current home. We are on the Spring and Fall schedule and Seth is always great at letting us know when he will be there, and works with our schedule. They always do a great job, very thorough and fast. They have also done numerous screen repairs for us and are always very helpful. We are really happy with the pricing and services United Window Cleaning provides.

We made an appointment for later this spring, then needed to have it done much sooner. The owner was incredible at helping us reschedule and was understanding of our needs. The crew was courteous, professional and efficient. They are very affordable and gave a good quote beforehand, so there were no surprises. I would highly recommend United Window Cleaning!

United Window Cleaning has washed our homes windows on four separate occasions over the past 3 years. I have nothing but great things to say about their work. Not only do they do an exceptional job of cleaning the windows they very respectful that I work from home and was on video/calls throughout most of the time they were here. The communication from their owner is helpful too setting up the appointments and then reminding me of the upcoming appointment. Top notch service all around!

I have had United Window cleaning services twice now and Seth and his team have been terrific. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and know exactly how to please their customers with sparkling windows. They don’t waste time but you also don’t get a feeling like they are rushing. They are best window cleaning service I have ever experienced. They have no problem cleaning my 18 foot window in my living room. I will pass their card on to the many others in our complex.

What a difference a day makes. This review replaces the previous one. After having spoken with Seth, the owner of the company, they made a heroic effort to accommodate my job, given multiple staffing challenges. The work done was up to their high standards; admittedly I was being too picky. Seth went above and beyond to make it right by offering a full refund several times, even though the work was already done. That is the kind of professionalism I look for when patronizing businesses. I hope this more than compensates for the previous negative review. I would highly recommend this company. They absolutely care about the customer satisfaction and providing high quality work.

The Team that cleaned our windows (inside and out) arrived within a few minutes of the scheduled time. Our windows had not been washed for years and had spots from birds, flies, bugs and spyders that required some real effort to remove. Also, many of our windows are 15 feet above ground requiring the Team to move a ladder a dozen times to reach all of the surfaces.

Now a week after they completed cleaning, we still do a double-take when looking out. The glass is nearly invisible due to the thorough cleaning, even after several wind and snow storms. We highly recommend their service and can assure you will have them back next time (if they ever get dirty again :)

There are lots of positives about this company. Very easy to schedule, crew was on time, polite, and quick. Office was responsive in answering questions I had and were clearly interested in customer satisfaction. Excellent chemical free window cleaning. Easy to schedule. Also, I paid less than I was quoted because they realized I had removable grids. That has NEVER happened to me before! I am now on their yearly schedule.
