Nick was kind, polite, and efficient. He took the time to check that each window was clean and streak free. Before leaving, he talked with me about screen repair. I would highly recommend this company.

Wonderful experience! It was our first time having our windows professionally cleaned, and I cannot say what a difference there was between my version of clean and theirs! Other folks have commented that it looked like there wasn’t a window there because it was so clean, and I’d echo those compliments. Also, I inquired with three companies, and United was the only one that responded within the same day with pricing and the ability to get me on their calendar. It was because of their friendly and timely customer service that I booked immediately, and didn’t get the other quotes. The reviews that I read stating that their prices were fair was good for me. I highly recommend United Window Cleaning. My windows look great, but the thing I really appreciated were the techs who took time to make sure my home was treated very well. I've got a lot of windows, some of which can only be accessed by placing a ladder against the wall. They made sure the ladders didn't make any marks on my wall and were very careful with a hanging light that was in the way. They wore booties inside my home to protect my flooring. Super nice guys too!

Jason and Seth did an awesome job cleaning all my windows inside and out as well as the ledges. They were very careful with the shades. Great job for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I’ve been using them for a couple of months now and they’ve been great. My home has a lot of people and pets. They’ve been super flexible and when they did the initial clean, they weren’t able to finish. They came back and finished for free.

This team did wonderful!!! My house definitely needed a deep clean upon moving out, and now it looks spectacular! It was so easy to book and the communication day of cleaning was wonderful too! I have no complaints about this team! Super thankful for them!

The issue with All Star is consistency and communication.

I have had cleaners in the past and learned, If you have expectations you need to clearly communicate them. So, I sent photos and a very, very detailed message with what I'd like and clarified, what can be done and if my expectations were realistic. I was told yes, that was all reasonable.

Then, our cleaner comes and the house isn't what we expected. They spent over 30 mins cleaning an area we specifically said, don't clean. They cleaned rooms we specifically said not to clean. Our floors were also left dirty.

I left feedback that this wasn't what I discussed. The poor cleaning technician, the next time they came said, oh there's lots of notes now. Meaning, the detailed email I sent to the office was never communited to the technician.

Next, I realized we hasn't had our home cleaned in 3 weeks. With the crazy holidays, I didn't notice. I reached out to Allstar who somehow, just missed my cleaning, didn't reschedule. I asked to reschedule because the holiday didn't work since we're all home.

They rescheduled. Technician was to be here between 12 and 2. We wanted to communicate some things like don't clean this room, or this area, and use specific cleaners on certain areas. We left at 2. They arrived after 2. We called the office and said, we need the downstairs completely cleaned because the family will be home AND gave them the info we wanted to give to the technician.

We got home, and surprise. Floors weren't even touched. I have little kids, dinner time is dinner time. So I had to cook, feed the kids then scurry upstairs so it could get cleaned.

Did the technicians do a good job? No. Not at all but I blame the office staff for never communicating what was expected. I am really surprised at the reviews. I started with this service because it was rated so highly.

Dont expect anything you communicate with the office staff to be followed through on. Don't expect technicians on time. Don't expect your home to be cleaned. I have has to mop and cleaned after every clean.

I pay for this service to take the mental load of cleaning. It was stressful every single time.

After I canceled services and explained why, Nancy gave me the good ol' I'm sorry you feel that we didn't communicate. So, even then, couldn't take responsibility with a genuine, yea, sorry about that.

They were wonderful at cleaning the house we just finished up renovating. We got a bunch of paint on the floor, and while they were upfront about the limitations of their floor cleaner products vs paint, they were still able to get a large portion of it. It saved us a lot of personal labor, and we were able to get the rest of it just fine! My only negative is that since they focused so much on the floor, even though we said just try your best and move on if it’s not working, it doesn’t seem like they got to the window ledges, doors (that were on hinges at that point 😅) and more of the tiny-nit picky spots. It’s not a deal breaker though, and we’d definitely recommend them moving forward.

We engaged All Star Cleaning to complete a move out for a house that we were vacating. It needed to be done extra thoroughly for the new buyers. All Star did an absolutely outstanding job! We could not have asked them to be any more detailed about the cleaning. Very happy with the results and the new buyer was thrilled!

The professional two-som that deep cleaned my home, were amazing. They took extra care to remove pet hair (2 Dogs/my kids) The bathrooms and the kitchen sparkle. I was concerned about my hardwoods in the kitchen, but whatever product they use have them looking new again. The carpets were vacuumed with care and a design that looks like a fancy hotel. The fact you can talk with a human to book services is A+ Thank you.

I first used All Star for a few deep cleans before events and they were fantastic. I’ve now been using them for regular cleanings for a year and can’t recommend them highly enough. I have the same cleaner most of the time and they are so friendly and thoughtful and very good at their job. I didn’t notice a difference in service at all when there has been a sub so I appreciate both the consistency of who is in my home as well as the standard of service. Worth every penny.

I was in the midst of preparing for a move and Rebecca, Jade and Sierra came out and did a great job of working around the obstacles of boxes and furniture to provide a deep cleaning for all the rooms. In particular, the blinds needed a lot of attention and they left them cleaned up and dust free. I would use them again.

We absolutely love All Star. Their staff is incomparable - very professional, kind, and they do amazing work. We've used them on and off for about a year now and just started using them again a few weeks ago for regular cleans. When I went to reestablish service, the office staff went above and beyond to place me with the crew we used to have and I couldn't be happier. Our regulars, Haley and Lizzie, always take such great care of our home, but you seriously cannot go wrong with anyone they send.
