We had a good experience. They were booked through our property manager since we rent. They were friendly, put up with our tiny barking dog (sorry), and went out to look for a part to fix our attic fan and came back in an hour and fixed it!! So glad we have a working attic fan since it will help keep our home cooler. Thanks!!

Highly recommend Long heating and air after my experience with them today! We needed a tune up on our AC unit and they provided a thorough, in-depth inspection and report as well as cleaning of the unit included. Chris, our wonderful technician, showed us the findings of the report and was not pushy about the next steps, giving us time to prioritize what we’d like to update to keep our machine running smoothly.
