Totally professional

I just built a 6,700 sq ft building in Greeley and Mechanical Masters installed the plumbing. After the building was completed we were having having some backup problems with one of the toilet lines. When I spoke with Brent about it, he was laser focused on the problem until he figured it out. It turns out that after the piping was placed in the foundation the person packing the dirt over the piping caused it to become too level so the line wouldn't drain properly. Brent got a crew in and cut through the concrete and corrected the problem and restored everything in the building back to its' previous state. It looked like nothing ever happened. He even reimbursed me the cost of having plumbers come out and clear the line when it was plugging up!

I've learned a lot through this building process and accountability has been an issue with some of the sub contractors, but not these guys. When something wasn't as it needed to be, Brent and his team made sure that it was right. Mechanical Masters is awesome. I would highly recommend them to anyone going through a building process that requires their services!

I bought a new place in Fort Collins because I love the hiking around there. So beautiful. Anyway, the house needed all new toilets and RJ and his team came to my rescue! They were fast, efficient and everything was done to spec! Can't be beat! They truly flushed the competition.

RJ was fantastic. He clearly does quality work and pays attention to details. Our house is relatively new, but the toilet was not installed well and RJ got it reinstalled correctly in short order. I am going to have him go through and check all of the bathrooms and reinstall toilets if they need it. Very highly recommend RJ.

RJ did a great job, quick and courteous. The new commode looks great and he also made it so it doesn't rock like my old unit. Cleaned up well after the work was complete so you couldn't tell anyone was at my home. He even made sure not to track snow inside. Great work! Would highly recommend. Five star service.

Was able to get me right in on his schedule without having to wait months. No general contractor would take the time for something small unless they way over charged me and who knows when they would have gotten to it. Good to know I will never have to deal with that headache myself. Money well spent!
