Sprague did an excellent job of our roof replacement from beginning to end. Seth Blue in particular was incredibly professional, informative and patient as we moved through the various stages, especially with dealing with the insurance agents. We were kept informed at every stage and often confusing insurance documentation was broken down and explained.

The roof installation itself was completed to a high level of quality and with little disruption to our life. The guys installed quickly and efficiently and kept our gardens tidy from debris whilst also returning it to normal once they had left.

I would highly recommend Sprague Roofing & Exteriors and Seth to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and high quality contractors.

I am so thoroughly impressed with Sprague Roofing and exterior! Aaron Raben came to our house to evaluate hail damage and his customer service was unmatched! He walked me through the entire process and explained everything so I could understand what was happening, step by step. He was so responsive to every email and question I had. The roofing crew came and did an outstanding job! They were so professional. They completed the job, cleaned up and left it better than when they found it. I am so happy with the quality of work and the speedy timeline, I would absolutely recommend this company for all of your exterior needs! Our experience with Sprague for a new roof was incredibly positive! Our project manager (Seth) was prompt, informative, easy going and very professional. He gave us great confidence in the overall process and handled the details and interactions with the Insurance company making the process very easy. The installation team was very good, made needed repairs, were quick on the job, protected our house and landscaping, and left the yard and house in the same beautiful shape as it was before they arrived. The entire project was smooth and left us feeling well taken care of. I'd recommend Sprague to anyone who needs any of the services they provide. A great team of professionals!

Ryan and his crew did a great job. They were on time, worked quickly and cleaned up after the job. The crew was very nice and professional. We have had neighbors ask who did our roof and it’s the star of our neighborhood.

This is an addendum to my prior review above. We have had some gutter issues and our project manager was to get back with me (over a year ago, I have the emails) as they subcontracted our gutter work.

He never has and it seems that once Sprague gets your “good review” you’re in their rear view mirror. Our gutter guards are failing (collapsed) so we’ll see if they get back to us.

Sprague Roofing did an excellent job taking care of our home repairs following a hail storm. They coordinated replacing a roof, gutters, and siding for us. Everything went smoothly, and Aaron Raben was wonderful to work with -- he always kept in good contact, and explained everything in an understandable way. The process was efficient (we were the first on our block to have all of our repairs completed), and Aaron really advocated for us on some repairs with our insurance company. We felt very well cared for throughout the process. Would definitely recommend!

Sprague roofing took care of me from start to finish of my hail-triggered roofing job that was completed last fall. They guided me to select impact resistant roofing, which has protected me from this year's hailstorms. I was grateful to get their support in handling my insurance claim, which included documenting all the damage thoroughly and interfacing with the insurance company. This also included ensuring damage to fence posts were included in the claim. The team was friendly and honest. I would recommend them to anyone needing to repair or replace their roof!

HONEST COMPANY! Someone said the roof needs to be replaced. I called to ask for a 2nd opinion and Andrew went out to my home and he informed me that the roof is fine and nothing needs to be done at this point. Sprague roofing is my number one go to roofer in Northern Colorado. Josh (the owner of the company) always shows up ready to help my clients in anyway possible. He has helped many of my real estate/mortgage clients save tens of thousands of dollars on their home purchases with thorough inspections and quotes. His company’s work is top notch and my clients are always very impressed after the installation of their new roofs. I can’t say enough about the positive impact they have had on myself and my clients.

In April 2021 just by chance we stopped at the Laramie Home show because our gutters had pulled away from our roof during a March blizzard. Attempts to contact local companies were unsatisfactory. But meeting Ryan at the Sprague booth was a godsend! He scheduled an appointment right then and showed up on time the next week. Originally looking at the gutters he took additional time to look at the roof and siding telling us we need the whole exterior to have work. It was like having a personal assistant. Ryan reached out to our insurance company and participated in the conversation and was really our contact with them for the entire process. This is the third roof we have put on the house since 2000 and it is by far the best job and it was done in 1 1/2 days! Incredible work! Gutter replacement and exterior painting followed and we loved every bit of it. In fact, I referred a colleague to Sprague for his roof replacement before our job was completed. I have repeatedly recommended Sprague to friends and would use them again in a heartbeat! Ryan and Glen kept us informed each step of the way. The best company we have worked with.

So far it's been a good experience with Sprague Roofing & Exteriors. Communication is very important, and I have experienced that from this company.

I had hail damage on my house from earlier this year. I contacted Sprague this fall. They were able to get my roof replaced, house painted, shed roof replaced and painted. Quickly and efficiently. Andrew Roach was the project manager for my roof replacement. He went above and beyond in assisting me with getting everything scheduled and completed in a timely manner.
If I had any questions or concerns he was available and addressed my issues in a timely manner. I would give SPRAGUE ROOFING&EXTERIORS an A+ rating and recommend them highly if you ever need their services.

Sprague was an excellent company to work with. Ryan Kropp was very responsive, nice, and professional to work with. They replaced our deck while trying to sell our home on a VERY tight timeline. Not only did they do an excellent job (foreman was Ryan Grove) on the deck construction, but they made it happen fast!. They made it possible to close the real-estate deal on time and we are eternally grateful! My wife and I highly recommend them! (note: deck stain not done by Sprague).
