We had an excellent experience with Sprague Roofing & Exteriors in New Castle, Colorado. They did both our roof and exterior paint, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. The roof was completed in just three short days—amazing speed without sacrificing quality.

We requested major changes to the exterior colors, and the transformation is incredible—the house is nearly unrecognizable in the best way. It’s absolutely beautiful, and has completely refreshed the look of our home.

In addition to painting, we gave them a few extra challenges, including installing new light fixtures on the siding, and they handled everything with care and professionalism. We've had our New Castle neighbors stop to admire the work and ask for business cards.

After contacting a few local roofing companies including the company that had previously done my roof, I decided to go with Sprague. I was blown away at the incompetence and flat out unprofessionalism of the local companies here. I was hesitant to hire an out of state company but Andrew Roach went above and beyond, helping me with the decision making and insurance process which I was a newbie to and was extremely patient with me being a pain in the butt. Thanks so much, my new roof and gutters look amazing!! Definitely recommend.

Aaron Raben and the whole crew at Sprague Roofing killed it helping me out with my roof replacement. From my insurance company being a pain to a slight mishap during delivery that Glen helped resolve quickly, they exceeded my expectations and made the process easier for me. I recently worked with Aaron Raben on replacing the vinyl skirting on my mobile home in Loveland. He was amazing to work with; very professional and prompt in returning my call ( very important these days when no one returns your call ) Aaron was very knowledgable, easy to work with and within in a couple of days they were here. I had a great experience dealing with Sprague Roofing & Exteriors after my house was hit by a catastrophic hail storm this past summer.
Sam and Andy were a godsend when they responded to the area and offered to assist me in determining the extent of damage to my house. They showed up when my insurance company sent out an adjuster, bringing his attention to missed damage and making the experience so less stressful that I felt confident in hiring them to make things right again.
From start to finish, Sam went above and beyond dealing with the claim process, completing documentation and supplemental reports and even receiving a compliment from my adjuster for his thoroughness.
Once the work commenced, Glenn did an outstanding job of keeping things on tract and on time. Sending workers back to correct a few areas that he felt needed improvement. His attention to detail and getting things right was impressive.
Overall I am very pleased and happy with the professionalism and quality of the work that Sprague’s Ft Collins team gave to my job and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Will not recommend. You hear good things about companies and then the experience turns out to be horrible. It’s a lack of communication between the managers of Sprague and the actual contractors doing the work. Worst company we have chosen in a while and still repairing the messes they left behind. Andrew Roach is GREAT. I would recommend him only but beyond him, the experience is terrible. Andrew helped with the insurance adjuster and he did offer to send contractors back to fix all the ripped off paint and raw wood issues they caused but after you have a month long experience like we had and already they “tried” to fix the issues and don’t know how apparently… NOPE I don’t want you to come back and keep making it worse. Such a mess. They ended up having to replace our garage door from a dent, from shingles falling, slamming, because they didn’t even cover the front of the garage with the mesh protectors like I see all other roofing companies do. So thanks for the new door, I appreciate them at least completing that…

If you want your home to be left in WORSE condition then go ahead and use Sprague Roofing. Our home had NO paint issues when they started, the pictures I’ve attached shows how they left our paint. Period.

Possibly not the cheapest but definitely top quality. Fast and friendly crew did a fantastic job. Love the new roof. Worth every $

I had a leak in the roof and was lucky to find Bone Dry Roofing online. Awesome crew, very prompt, professional and friendly from the initial call, through free work estimate and actual job. I would recommend their services to anyone and for sure they will be the first to go to if I need any roofing services in the future.

Nick was very thorough when giving me the free estimate. He took pictures of all of our gutters before going over the installation options. He didn't try to push me on things I didn't actually need. They were able to get us on the schedule right away. The installation crew was on time and got to work right away. They did a great job cleaning up the debris afterwards. The work looks great! I would definitely recommend Bone Dry!

Repair of torn gutter on 2nd floor of old 1900 Victorian house made by big storm in CO. Repair to be lots stronger & resilient than original.

Took a few weeks through the summer due to staff changes however, the end result was very worth it. Especially since it has guarantee.

Bone Dry is a great company! Nick came out one morning and looked at my roof and told me the exact problem, he didn’t try to upsell me on any materials. He was very honest. He came out and walked around with the insurance company to make sure they were doing the right thing. Ulises handled the new gutters, new roof and both of my attics. He was very prompt and respectful! Tia is so nice, she worked with me on the payments every step of the way. I felt like if I had a question or concern I could reach her with no problems! I would definitely use Bone Dry again and refer them to friends and family. Thank you Bone Dry!

Had our roof replaced 2 yrs ago & the service & quality of construction was first rate. I can completely recommend Bone Dry. We had occasion to request a couple minor mods after the replacement & they came out promptly & completed the work quickly & with quality. We had a dedicated foreman for our job who was onsite daily. Crews were great & cleaned up daily. Top marks!

I started working with this company over a year ago, and I have been extraordinarily pleased with their services and their level of customer service! My house in Loveland took hail damage and had Bone Dry Roofing give me a quote, and do the work. They did a great job, communication was good and I liked the way the job turned out. Its never a fun process to work on hail damage between insurance, mortgage companies and the roofing company. Bone Dry made there part a breeze. I am looking forward to working with them again on my next roof (hopefully in 20 years).
