Called Heatwave Friday when I realized that my AC wasn't working after the 105 degree day we had. Spoke with "Nate" who took down my info for someone to come out Monday and said a technician would call me back. Did not hear from anyone the remainder of the day so I attempted to reach them Monday morning.called 4 times Monday morning with no answer, so I called another company (Premier Comfort) who got me scheduled for the very next day and actually showed up). I tried calling 2 more times yesterday evening and I am still attempting to contact Heatwave this morning after no callback and a no show on Monday to make sure I am not on their books since they do tack on a $150.00 trip charge. There has been no answer after 3 attempts this morning. Not sure how long these guys have been in business but they had better get their act together. I am always willing to give the new guy a chance. They had theirs. HVAC is a very competitive, consumer dependent, time sensitive service. If they treat other potential customer this way, they won't be in business long. Hmmmmmm, maybe that's why I can't get ahold of them.
Our air conditioning stopped functioning during an early spring heat wave. The 2 guys sent out, were on time, courteous, knowledgeable and very sweet. They were respectful of our home and garden. We got a prompt quote, a quality product and we are very happy.
I highly recommend heatwave HVAC. We had an emergency situation in which we contacted heatwave HVAC and within an hour we had an appointed scheduled and our problem was resolved later that day. The service technicians were very friendly, respectful, and even wore booties over the work boots so that they wouldn't drag any dirt into our home. Very happy that we used this company and now they have a customer for life!
