I called Longview Heating and Air because my AC unit was struggling. Ivan set a time for his service call that was quick and convenient. Ivan showed up exactly as expected! Imagine that! No 4 hour window to tie up half my day either. He was willing to walk me through his observations as he checked out the unit. His explanations regarding what was going wrong were easy to understand. He fixed the issue in a quick and effective manner and gave good advice on future maintenance of my system. All at a price I thought was misstated when he first said the amount.
All in all, Ivan provided absolute 5 star service and did it in a friendly, professional and efficient manner. I’ll also add, I am not an easy guy to win over for such service.

Adam was prompt, responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, kind, honest, and also appreciate his work.

These guys do a great job to make sure you’re taking care of. I was so impressed how they are committed to making sure the job is complete and finished the right way.

Have your HVAC system serviced and/or replaced by Ivan with Longview Heating and Air. He was not only friendly, professional, and prompt, he also took the time to help us understand our system, how everything works and really listen to what we needed for our family's HVAC needs. He also offered more than one option when we chose to replace our entire system, giving us a few price options and made sure we understood the difference between all options. Additionally, the cleanliness and care he took to make sure everything was tide after during and after the job was impeccable! Whether it's having your system serviced or replacing the entire thing, I cannot recommend him enough! 11/10 for service, quality and professionalism.

Ivan was really helpful when we requested an annual inspection for our furnace. He was able to get us scheduled quickly, arrived on time, was very professional and provided excellent service for a reasonable price. We will use Longview for any needs going forward and recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Ivan installed a humidifier in our home and did a fantastic job. He responded quickly to our request for a quote, recommended an appropriate unit rather than try to upcharge us, was very professional, and was very thorough. We were extremely pleased with the service he provided.

Ivan from Longview Heating & Air came out to my house to check out my AC unit because it was not functioning properly. He was very thorough and worked fast. Even wore shoe covers inside my house so he didn’t track dirt anywhere and he was very professional. He fixed the issue and explained everything while he was there but also sent a very detailed email explaining said issue along with pictures and what was done to fix it. Very fair price and despite stating they were booked out pretty far upon contact, he was able to schedule an appointment just a few days after contacting him. He even contacted me the day of my appointment stating he finished earlier than expected at his previous appointment and had earlier availability than my scheduled appointment. Super thankful to have a running AC again. Highly recommend Longview Heating & Air!

We've never had our vents/ducts cleaned before on our 15 yr home. We had Longview out and we are so happy with the results. Our vents look almost new. They are very professional, knowledgeable and nice. They took extra care by putting down new drop cloths and wearing shoe covers. We highly recommend Longview.

It was easy to create my appointment using their website. When Ivan arrived at my home to service my Furnace he was polite, communicative, informative and consultative. My furnace is running well. While here, I told him I needed my three sided glass fireplace cleaned and he made an appointment for me on the spot. He returned to clean the unit(Which was very dirty from years of buildup) & did phenomenal job. He wanted to do even better so, he came back the next day, and success! The customer service and work performed is above and beyond by 100%, compared to my interactions with other service companies. I will be using them for all my needs of the services they provide. I needed my garage heater fixed and I looked up reviews and Longview had 5 starts and the most reviews submitted. I read a few of them then decided to submit a request for a call. Soon after I was contacted by Ivan and he was able to fit me in for a service call the next day. After an attempt to fix this 30 +year heater he had to get a part ordered and come back out. After that arrived another item became the problem. Ivan explained my options and I decided to go with a new unit with warranty. Ivan was able to get me a new unit and installed with in 2 weeks from 1st call. The work was done amazing looked good and jobsite was clean before they left. I would recommend him and will use him in the future for any maintenance needs. Keep your business local if you can is my Motto.
