James did routine furnace maintenance/tuneup for us and did a great job. He was on time and very efficient. Was done in about 30 minutes. Gave good recommendations for optional things to be done and was very friendly. Thanks much for the great service.

Osley was great! Very professional, knowledgeable, respectful guy. He answered all my questions and knew his stuff! I highly recommend using Carbon Valley Heating, Air, and Plumbing. I called for a tune up for my unit and they came the same day.

Joshua Robertson was amazing in restoring heat to our home. He worked quickly and efficiently, and his professionalism was outstanding. He explained everything he was doing and why it mattered. I would highly recommend Joshua to anyone.

It was time for my schedule maintenance on my furnace. Osley did a great job. Prompt, thorough, went through the results with me. Good technician and good company!

Gavin did a great job at fixing my humidifier as well as giving us an HVAC maintenance. He was very thorough and made sure we got the maintenance special pricing that was being offered.

Carbon Valley has been great the whole time we've worked with them and their technicians. We had our furnace replaced at a great price and had our electrical system checked as well. Gavin and Osley were the techs who took out our furnace and installed our new one, they did a great job and when finished they showed me all the work they did and answered all the questions that I had. They are professionals and very respectful guys. Tom the electrician who checked all our electrical was also greta to work with and he explained a lot of the things to look out for in aging electrical systems and also answered all of my questions and was great to work with. We have some plumbing work being done this week by Ruben (Helzig HCPE) as well who we've worked with in the inspection of our system and he is also a great tech to work with. Shout out to Wayne as well who checked our old furnace and helped us in figuring out our new one.
Happy with the service, techs and company and looking forward to their assistance now as members.

James I. Was very very thorough in explaining his process while complete a furnace maintenance. He advised us that our thermostat was not responding/ connecting to the furnace for some odd reason as the AC worked perfectly throughout the summer. Overall he was very helpful and knowledgeable. We’ve had horrible experiences with plumbline and precision before & I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. We’ve been with carbon valley for two years now.. give or take & they are just wonderful. Nave is also always so nice & helpful. I believe she works the warranty/customer service part of this company! Highly recommend !!

Gotta say, probably the smoothest interaction I've had with a heating company. No hard upsales/replacements, spotted the problem right away and had me back up and running in less than an hour, and all that in about an hour after I e-mailed to set up the appointment. Mr. Kevin Baker, thank you very much, hope you get a raise for this!

Outstanding service from Gavin and TJ. Called in the morning for a non-urgent service call and they were here in the early afternoon. Gavin is extremely detailed in his troubleshooting and repair actions and left me with a great plan moving forward. Both guys very professional, courteous, and respectful of our property. They're welcome here any time!

Kevin was very kind and professional. This is a new-to-us home and he helped us understand the humidifier and checked our HVAC to make sure it was cleaned and running properly. I'm especially impressed with how quickly the company had someone to my home. I sent a message through the website the night prior and someone was at my home by 10 am the next day. I've signed up for their ongoing services. Happy with this experience!

I was impressed with Josh at Carbon Valley. They came out for a duct cleaning estimate, carefully photographed and inspected each vent, and ultimately told me I didn’t need the service right now. I really appreciated their honesty. They could have tried to sell me something unnecessary, but instead they led with integrity. That kind of transparency makes me trust them even more, and I will call them for other services in the future.

Dan, was great!! Very nice and knowledgeable. He hooked up a new thermostat with no issues but it goes with a security panel and he worked his way through that process. We'll definitely ask for him again!!

Such a wonderful company and team! If you ever find yourself at their office, like I have recently, you might be greeted by their full time office mascots. A sweet and spunky pup named Bravo and an adorable yet skeptical pup named Bob!

Highly highly recommend! Ivan and his brother were VERY professional, on time and Reasonably priced. At first, I thought that I would be paying $5k for AC installation since I didn’t include installation when I first bought my home. Ivan and his brother quickly noticed that I did have A/C already installed so they did an A/C inspection and added a refrigerant and installed a start capacitor kit to get it up and running. I’m so thankful and happy to have saved thousands of dollars. I can finally enjoy a goodnight rest with my A/C during these hot summer nights.I will definitely use you guys for future services. Ivan was great! Very knowledgeable and fast. He had us up and running within minutes of being here. He was also able to answer all of my questions about future projects and take pictures for estimates. He also arrived earlier then the scheduled time and call ahead of time to make sure it was OK. Overall great service and I will be using them again in the future!

We were so impressed with Longview Heating and Air! They came out the very next day I called, diagnosed the problem with our air conditioner and got it up and running and a great price! We will definitely call them again for future problems and recommend them to family and friends!
