I'm happy to say that Ben at Aire Serve is committed to doing a quality and thorough job. I love that he explained the work PRIOR to doing, took photos of before and after, and then answered my questions. I had my ducts cleaned and my AC serviced and feel confident that both were done to a high standard. What a relief. I would definitely recomment Aire Serv of the Front Range.

Ben and Jeff came to the door very friendly. They went downstairs and checked out the non working air conditioner and heater. Ben explained everything clearly and let me ask questions. The went outside and investigated the air conditioner box and said it showed a leak. They were very friendly and trustworthy and explained to me each and everything so I could understand what exactly they were doing and why. I would definitely recommend them to other people. I took advantage of a spring inspection special to have my central air and furnace inspected. We’ve been having some cooling challenges during the peak of summer so figured it was time. Ben arrived on time at the beginning of the window quoted and was fantastic. Walked through the whole process explaining each step along the way: what he was looking for and what the results were. As it turned out my system was very dirty and in need of a deep cleaning. Ben gave a reasonable and very competitive quote for the cleaning while explaining the hows, whats, and whys along the way. Ben will be back this week for that service and I’ll be sure to update this afterwards.

Last week when it was 100 degrees out, my wife and I came home with our newborn baby to our AC not working. We called several AC reissue companies who stated they would come out immediately but no time frame. Aire Serv gave us a time frame and responded quickly. Ben came out immediately and quickly diagnosed the problem. Ben took time to show and educate myself about the unit. He even went a step further so inspect the furnace. Ben went above and beyond!!! I would highly recommend Ben and Aire Serv of the Front Range.

Stop looking now and just call Aire Serv, you won't find a better experience at any price! Benjamin pulled up to my house in the late evening after working a full day in the heat, but you'd never have known it based on his bright disposition. His service visit both repaired my issue on the spot, and helped me learn a ton about my system and how to better take care of it.

Ben showed early and got us warm for the evening which made my wife very happy.

I contacted Aire Serv for repair of a whole house humidifier required as part of an inspection resolution when I sold my home - Cynthia called me right away and even had same day availability. I got my appointment scheduled and was immediately sent an email with information including the name of the tech and confirmation of time.

Ben was right on time and early in the window he provided. He listened carefully to what I needed to have done, and took the time to walk me through options without trying to upsell me. His work was quick but very thorough, and he provided pictures and video of the process and resolution right away.

When my payment failed Cynthia was very patient in resolving the issue and sent my receipt right away so I was able to share it with my buyers.

All in all, my experience with Aire Serv was incredibly professional, speedy, and thorough. I will be contacting them again for any future home repairs!

Ben from Aire Serv came out to repair my very noisy swamp cooler. He was great! He replaced the parts he needed, took photos of everything and updated me the entire time. He was very professional and my cooler is so quiet and runs like it was new. Ben already has me on his fall schedule. I recommend Ben and Aire Serv for all your needs. Thanks again Ben!!

Ben was wonderful. He alerted me to a serious safety concern, (water dripping from my humidifier onto an open electrical wire) and told me an electrician needed to fix that asap. One was here that day and they did. They worked very hard looking g at my furnace and cleaning my filthy ducts. I live in a construction area and have never had it done. I’ll be using them for hvac from now on.

I absolutely recommend Aire Serv of the Front Range. I walked in my door on a Sunday night that also happened to be a holiday and noticed immediately it was HOT in my house. I went over to the thermostat and it was 85. My air had been working earlier that day but I had left for a few hours and by the time I returned, the air conditioning had gone out and the temp was rising. I figured there was no chance I would get someone out that Sunday as it was already 7pm. However, I called Aire Serv and they said they could have someone out between 10-midnight for an emergency service. I didn’t feel like paying hundreds of dollars for a diagnostic which is what I figured it would be since it was a weekend and holiday but to my surprise, the fee was the same.
Ben showed up to my house right before 10. He was professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He walked me through everything he was doing and showed me the process of figuring out the issue. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and had the parts in his truck to fix it the same night.
He taught me a lot about my system and told me things I could do throughout the year. He never pressured me but just shared his ideas. I cannot tell you how thankful I am that he was available that night and I was able to sleep in a cool house.
I highly recommend this company! Ben went above and beyond and I am so appreciative.

I called at least 6 HVAC cleaning services for my vents and Aire Serve exceeded my expectations. Aire Serve called me back immediatly and we walked thru what I was looking for with my system. They showed up on time and included me in every thing they were doing. Even taking pics of everything in support. I'd highly recommend Aire Serve. I'll call them back when it's time again.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ben for the taking apart hot water heater and furnace and putting it back together and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, Ben and Kevin were professional, knowledgeable and incredibly thorough.

Ben arrived right on time. He was excellent at sharing what he was there to do. Invited me to join him in the utility room where he completed his safety checks and showed me what needed to be done in terms of cleaning. He was thorough and showed me everything before he closed up the furnace. Ben will be back in the spring to check and clean the air conditioning.
