Ben and Cynthia are wonderful - prompt and attentive while being thorough and fair. Our furnace went out in February and we had diagnostics and quotes quickly returned to us.

Had our furnace stop working on a Friday evening a little before midnight. Ben made it to our house in a matter of minutes and successfully troubleshooted and fixed the problem. He walked us through the process the whole time and we had heat again in a few hours. Ben was awesome and we will definitely be utilizing Aire Serv in the future!

Ben was extremely helpful in explaining (and showing) why my AprilAire 800 humidifier wasn’t working. He also showed me how I can replace the water canister myself.

I appreciate how quickly he came out after I called this afternoon. I’ll be using Ben and Aire Serve of Front Range again!

Benjamin Flores worked on my furnace and replaced the motor. He was very detailed and friendly and very knowledgeable. He took pictures and let me know exactly what he did. Highly recommend Benjamin and this company. Prices up front and very affordable and quality work.

I had a great experience with Ben during my HVAC and duct cleaning service. Scheduling was very simple and he was punctual which is always very much appreciated with my busy schedule. He was incredibly transparent and took the time to show me everything he was doing, explaining the condition of the system and documenting the process along the way. Even taught me how to trouble shoot something a code popped up again. I really appreciated that he never tried to oversell or push unnecessary services — just honest, straightforward information.

Ben was also super patient and helpful in answering all my extra questions, especially about HVAC air purifiers and what would actually make sense for a multi-pet household. He clearly knows his stuff and genuinely cares about helping customers make informed decisions.

Oh my goodness, THANK YOU Ben. 👐 He saved my family from trying to survive 100° days with no A/C on a Saturday at 7pm. In addition, we said we wouldn't be home or ready until 7pm and he kindly waited down the street until 7pm. He was so prompt, polite, quick, knowledgeable, prepared and so informative; so informative that my husband started recording notes for future knowledge.

Ben was also okay and not nervous around our dogs and cats; which is so rare!

On top of his expertise and professionalism he explained every thing that he did in amazing detail and even provided countless helpful tips and tricks to help us save in the long run!

To my surprise, also pointed out safety concerns in my home that I wasn't aware of for the future.
