Osley and his coworker was great to work with. Installed a new furnace/AC unit, got it all working, then had a meeting with my wife and I to show us all the new functions and how to program everything.

Knowledgeable technician worked to diagnose an issue with my furnace. Walked me through everything he was doing and seeing. Didn’t try to just sell me a new furnace and I really appreciate that. I’ll be going back to them when I replace my A/C.

Joshua is a very knowledgeable person. Answered my questions and provided recommendations. I was very impressed with his work. Glad he is with Carbon Valley HVAC outfit.

Can't give a good review. Was blaming us that we turned off the gas and that someone else should have noticed that the pipe was not up to code. Carbon Valley is the only ones who have been looking at our furnace. Gavin and Wes are the ones that have looked at it. Not a happy camper at this point. Thankfully we weren't charged as Gavin had just been out there.

Josh Robinson did great, and accomplished his tasks within estimated time. He was friendly and took time to address questions, future repairs and assure understanding

Joshua was at our place for awhile trying to problem solve with our fairly new furnace. He fixed the code issue but we may need to replace a waranty part if we continue to have any more issues or noise gets worse

Gavin did a very thorough job installing a new furnace, putting in all new pipes, painting the outside ones, fixing my humidifier, adding an air purifier and a new thermostat. He also explained everything in detail in how to use the thermostat and explained the new additions to my furnace. He has such a wonderful personality which makes you feel that he really enjoys the work he does. I am very happy with him and the work that was done.
