I own 2 OsteoStrong wellness centers in Denver. When planning for our commercial buildout we spoke with multiple GC’s and decided to work with DT Construct in Golden.

DT’s entire team did an exceptional job organizing and executing the project. There were several unexpected issues that were out of anyone’s control, and DT worked to resolve them quickly and constantly kept me in the loop.

We used DT again for our 2nd buildout and will continue to use them for our future locations. If you have a commercial buildout project, I would recommend having a conversation with Dan and Graham. We used DT Construct to assist with our remodel project. Dan, Chris, Lars, Cody, and the whole DT team were fantastic to work with. Very prompt with quotes and answers to questions. Quality work and we were very pleased.

DT Construct was amazing to work with. They tackled an "outside the box" job for us when others couldn't. Their price was reasonable, their work was A+ and I felt very comfortable working with them. They were experienced and knowledgeable.

Can't say enough good things about DT Construct. We just finished a 3-month main floor/kitchen remodel, which included the demo of our existing kitchen and walls, plumbing/HVAC/electrical reconfiguration, installation of new flooring and so much more. We are thrilled with how everything turned out.

From initial discussions regarding design and proposal to the final walkthrough these guys were all extremely professional, knowledgeable and detail-oriented in their work. Most importantly, they communicated extremely well. They stuck to the timeline they gave us from the start and were quick to point out and make recommendations for any issues that popped up. They were also very considerate of the impact a remodel had on our livelihood at the time and did everything possible to make it as easy as possible with dust barriers, coordinating timing, etc.

We started our remodeling project In September. The project was to remodel most of our house including the kitchen, living room, dining room, our master bedroom, stairway and wood floors. They did such a great job and we are so happy and thrilled with the results! The site manager Chris was very responsive and on top of all of the details. He was very responsive to changes and minor items. The house looks really stunning, and the materials are very high quality. The kitchen cabinets in particular are really nice. The workmen and women were respectful and efficient. We had to live in the house while they did the project and they were careful to work around us! I would highly recommend them for all of your remodeling needs.

DT worked with us on a complicated garage/ adu project from the initial design phase until the last finishing touches were completed. I am grateful that they are active and engaged community members who appreciate what Golden has to offer. They were very receptive to my feedback and were open to working with me as a very involved homeowner that was on site every day! They were honest with their communication and worked quickly to address even the smallest issue to my satisfaction. I highly recommend contacting them!

DT Construct is one of our go-to general contractors. They consistently produce excellent results on-time and on-budget. I can recommend them to our clients knowing that they will be in good hands. DT Construct recently completed a major remodel of our house and we are so happy we had them do the work. We had our modern energy-efficient custom home built by DT Construct in the mountains west of Golden. Construction started in March 2018 and completed in March 2019. We have now lived in the home for over half a year.

We finished an extensive kitchen remodel last month that included taking down a wall, installing a structural beam, an entirely new kitchen and new/refinished flooring. Working with DT Construct was smooth from the bidding process all the way through to project completion. They have great communication, transparent cost estimates, and a wonderful team, including the sub contractors. They finished our project on time and on budget, and we could not be happier with the results. Highly recommend them!

Highly recommend!!! DT construct remodeled our primary bathroom and we were so impressed with their workmanship, communication, and efficiency. Each and every person who worked in our home was so kind, approachable, and very skilled. They did an excellent job of providing us with frequent updates on the project and its timeline. The dedicated project manager really helped ensure progress was achieved as expected. When it was finished they ensured the construction mess was cleaned up well, and even came back later to do an inspection and ensure we were completely satisfied. They were awesome! Will be using them again for any future projects!

DT Construct is an amazing company. They did a full remodel on the Buffalo Rose in 2018/2019 and did an amazing job! We still use them for a number of large and small projects and they do a fantastic job!

pray you dont have to speak to any of their engineers. they are the most condescending people you can imagine and if you are a woman they talk over you and try to shut you down... pick elsewhere if you can
