24/7 Flood Response is awesome! Family-run business full of genuine people who take great care of you and do great work! Jody and Jesse were great to work with and always super responsive. We were very impressed by the work and cleanup done by Jesse's team. Would definitely recommend!

Tim was great! He came over promptly to evaluate the damage we had to our basement after a pipe break, explained everything thoroughly and took care of the issue as quickly as possible.

Our basement flooded and we had a short amount of time before we had to leave town that same day. Mike H came out and was able to remove our sodden carpet, sanitize the space, and leave several high powered fans running while we were away. He also protected the carpet on our stairs so it wasn't compromised in the process.
When we got home and he checked for dryness, he wasn't satisfied with one wall, rearranged the fans and left them going longer. He was professional, respectful, and above all left us feeling confident all would be well in the end. Thanks Mike! -
We recently had a pipe burst in our basement and were referred to 24/7 flood response by a friend. All I can say is wow, What a great team they have. They were on site within a couple hours of the phone call, which was just after the disaster was discovered. We have been working with Mike for a couple weeks now and he has been nothing short of professional, knowledgeable and accommodating! I will be calling them again for any Mitigation needs in the future and would recommend them to anyone who is in need of work done right, promptly and courteously! Thank you Mike and the 24/7 team for all your hard work! A++

Had a bad experience dealing with 24/7 Flood Response.
Their strategy is to start off with a quick response, and then once you're signed up, everything gets bad:
1) When they arrived to complete the initial cleanup, the tech gave a time estimate to get everything dried out within 3 days. Due to noisy fans and cost, I wanted it to end as soon as possible. Then the tech refused to show up on the 3rd day, and put it off to 4th day, so I had to deal with noisy fans for an extra day and a higher cost.
2) It took them 2.5 months to finally issue an invoice, and charged my credit card without approval, including costs for the additional day. $2800 + for 2 visits. Seems high to me.. I've asked twice for a copy of the original quote, but they refuse to respond.
This also greatly delayed the insurance claims process.
3) Getting a quote for repairs was also not handled well. The estimator didn't look at all 3 areas, so I had to remind him. Then he gave me a date for sending quote, which was missed.
Then after not hearing anything for 10 days, and ignored text, I called their Ops Manager, Jon (after other employees specifically told me to), and rather than apologize for the delayed quote, he actually scolded me for calling on a Saturday telling me I was interrupting a ski day. They're called 24/7, but don't call on a weekend?? Comical. He was rude and then unresponsive to follow up emails.
Ended up contacting 2 of their competitors for quotes and both responded with visit with in 2 days, and quotes no later than 2 days afterwards. Much more responsive than 24/7.
Get everything in writing with this company before agreeing to work with them, and expect to have to follow up to get things done. -
Jesse responded promptly to our basement flood and was super helpful and responsive during the entire process. This kind of service is never cheap, but I felt their fees were fair and the quality of their service was high. We're very satisfied with the response and cleanup effort.
Reconstruction took a bit more time than we had hoped, but we understand that contractors are extremely busy this year and we're very satisfied with the quality of the reconstruction work. -
A few months ago, I experienced a totally unexpected (as they usually are!) sewage back-up event that damaged much of my family room. Jody in 24/7’s office was wonderful in immediately responding to my emergency and quickly sent out Pablo and his helper, who pulled out all the damaged (yuck!) flooring and drywall, and then they sanitized and dried out the entire area. They left everything clean and sanitized down to the bones of the room. They were magnificent!
Not long afterwards, 24/7’s Reconstruction Team, headed by Eugene, did an exceptional job in replacing the destroyed flooring and drywall. Each and every person on Eugene’s team was pleasant and hard-working, and to a person, was a craftsman in his specific area of expertise. I was totally pleased with the final results of the restoration they did for me!
I had not been familiar with this company, but chose to use them upon the recommendation of the plumber who cleared out our blocked sewage pipe. In using 24/7, I found that I could absolutely trust this company with my home, and I would HIGHLY recommend both the Flood Response as well as the Reconstruction Divisions of this company! -
We worked with Tim and he was awesome. We had a particularly tricky case because I was staying at my parents home for a few weeks to ski when a pipe burst in the basement, and my parents were out of the country for several more months. Tim was super great at keeping myself and my dad informed of what he was doing despite time zone challenges communicating with my dad. He was very empathetic and walked me through next steps thoroughly at every point. Would definitely recommend!

Pablo and his crew were incredible! They were recommended to me by my plumber after a very bad water/sewage leak in our basement. 24/7 responded quickly to my needs and had someone out the next day to assess the situation. Pablo was beyond professional and knowledgeable about the entire situation, including the insurance process. He was incredibly thorough, trustworthy and is probably one of the hardest workers I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Despite the difficult situation with the basement flooding, Pablo made it so much more bearable and was a joy to work with!

Their cleanup crew was amazing! Jesse Gayton was one of the most pleasant, hard-working, knowledgeable and helpful people I've ever worked with from a service company. Cannot recommend him and 24/7 highly enough. They came quickly (within hours) when all the competitors were giving at least a 10-hour wait if not longer. They handle all the insurance discussion and paperwork too. A+++++

Tim was very helpful in walking us through our leak process. He identified the area of concern and was the liaison between insurance and us. We are grateful he was here and did a great job.

To whom it may concern: We had some flood damage in our house that was difficult to detect . We had a crew in the house for two weeks with Tim Gutierrez as the person we talked with. I have been quite impressed with the care and concern for our possessions and the care he took to keep us informed and answer all our questions. He came with the crew when he said he would. He took special care to save a mirror from the bathroom that was difficult to remove from the wall. He was always pleasant and always had time to talk with us. When he finished the work the rooms were left spotless. I would recommend him to anyone who has issues with unforeseen house damage. I felt that he had our interests in mind as he worked to make things better for us. sincerely, ivan geller

24/7 Flood Response was a great company to work with. They came very highly recommended. They finished the job with professionalism, and worked with our insurance so we didn't have to worry about things. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need and will plan on contacting them again for any (unexpected) future needs.

TLDR: 4 stars for mitigation, 0 for reconstruction and communication.
We had a burst pipe and some flooding back in March. The restoration and clean up team was great and handled everything quickly. We had hoped to have the reconstruction done by 24/7 as well and they actively encouraged us to complete the project with them...but that didn't go so well.
The contractor who was assigned to us came out once but never completed the estimate. He was nice and seemed competent but was very unprofessional. He were extremely difficult to get hold of after and never returned calls or texts. After a few weeks, we got a call from the main office saying the contractor was trying to get in touch with us but we had never received any contact from him. Eventually we got another appointment scheduled this month, only to be no showed. We then reached out to the main office again to ask for a different worker to be assignmed, only to be told that the "animal situation" in our house would be "overwhelming" for any of their contractors...we have 2 cats so if that is "overwhelming" maybe residential construction isn't for you. If our 2 cats were the reason they declined to complete this project, why did they wait almost 6 months to inform us?
When I called back to get clarification about this issue, I was told that they didn't have any specific information from the subcontractor but also didn't have any other crews they could put on this project.
To be fair, we let this go on too long and we can't blame them for taking months to work this out when we should have just gone with another company after the first failed contact attempts. But it does feel like almost 6 months wasted with poor communication and responses. -
We are so thankful for this company. Our dishwasher and sink backed up, it ended up flooding our kitchen and leaking down to our basement. Tim came out quickly and has been working to help with our home owners insurance for the repairs. He was easy to work with, reliable, and was able to answer all of our questions. We highly recommend this company and Tim!

I woke up this morning with massive flood in my basement. Within the hour of calling them, they were at my house, setting up their machines and getting things taken care of. I mostly spoke with Mike during the whole thing. He was very assuring and communication was the best. I thought today was gonna be a big stress having to deal with this, but as soon as I made a call, all those stresses were taken off my shoulders.

Eugene Moralas working for
24/7 Flood Response who was highly recommended for taking care of a hot water heater that burst and the damage that was left in my basement. Eugene Moralas was able to come right in with his crew and took care of all of the reconstruction and brought my basement back to a dry reconstructed livable room. They were quick, clean and very courteous. Using the 24/7 Flood Response Company they were quick to respond and I have no regrets. They sent someone immediately who jumped right in and took control of the reconstruction of my basement cleanup necessary. They are very professional, courteous and got the job done. They were speedy, clean and through. I would highly would recommend this Company. Overall the whole office staff was easy to deal with and very professional. -
Terry and his team worked on some bathroom updates after a previous water link had damaged the vanity. He was great with communication and his team did a great job. I would definitely use them again!

Had a great experience with 24/7 Floor Response and specially with our technician, Micheal Humin, who went above and beyond. He made the process so much easier and quick, was super professional, and gave us a great price. I highly recommend them.

Terry and his crew did a beautiful job! They were prompt and curiosity! The guidance they gave me on the floor made a huge difference with the final look. After they received the punch list the had no problem coming back quickly to get anything I had a concern over fitted and finished.
