Had a fantastic experience with Tom and 360. I'm from out of town but here for a week cleaning out my Aunt's home in Idledale and preparing it for me to move into next Spring. It's a 100 year old home in the mountains and I needed to know what I was getting into. Tom and 360 were understanding and accommodating. They scheduled an appointment for the next day and Tom was promptly there when he said he would be. The inspection was thorough and he communicated very well. Well worth the cost.

The inspection went great. They were able to work with our short deadline even though we were pretty far up in the foothills. They were super personable, knowledgeable and thorough. Would recommend in a heart beat. Very impressed and so glad we went with Blackstone Inspections.

Scheduling was very easy through their website. Tom got to the property a little early and got straight to work. He was very polite and professional explaining his findings. I received the report in a very timely manner.

After the inspection he ran through all the information for us and answered all of our questions. I even emailed Tom in the evening to ask a few more questions expecting an answer the next business day. However, Tom emailed me back within minutes (a few times). Got my system last year and the process went exactly as described. I’ll be getting my tax credit this April and my Xcel electricity bill has gone to $0 just as I was promised.

I do think my appointment could have been a little shorter but I appreciate how diligent Alberto was with making sure I understood everything clearly before moving forward.

I had been considering going solar for a while, but with Xcel raising their rates, I knew I needed just pull the trigger. After consulting with a few other solar companies I went with Best because I felt like they truly eat, sleep and breathe solar. Consultants at other companies just felt like sales reps trying to get a sale. That’s not the case with Best. Everyone from my design consultant to the installers were friendly and knew their stuff. Love seeing local companies that take pride in their craft and care about their clientele!

Everything was amazing from beginning to end. Ozge and her team made it a very smooth and stress free process, and the panels have been amazing couldn’t be happier with our experience. If your looking to make the switch I couldn’t recommend a better place!
