We had a long delay getting a new meter installed by Xcel after a rennovation, and Ozge and Best Solar were great about staying in touch and making sure our financing and overall process would run smoothly at the best rates and timely installation once we were ready to go.

Ozge is the best! Normally I don't answer the door for reps but for whatever reason I felt called to. She was super nice and welcoming and I could tell she didn't have an agenda. She was there to give me the information and help in any way she could. So I set up an appointment with her same day. She came back and explained everything in detail and broke it down for me in a way I could understand. I was more than excited to apply for panels when I understood that I could actually be eligible!
Even though I wasn't approved, she was still nice enough to come up with a plan to help my eligibility. That is someone who is truly dedicated to helping people. I will be doing my homework and reconnecting with her to see if I can be approved. Thank you Ozge!!

Alright, I will say the process and installation of all everything was smooth, but there was one big catch that I didn't realize until after a few months.

We were grossly overcharged, and ended up paying way more for solar than we should have. Additionally, they used old information regarding a tree that was no longer present, and place the panels on the least optimal side of our roof.

We had 20+ panels installed on our house this summer and are very happy with the results. The install crew was great and made sure everything looked clean/ professional. Dustin was our project manager and did an awesome job of answering all the questions that I during the process - and I asked a lot of questions! If you're looking to have solar installed, I would definitely give Best Roof and Solar a call.
