We were informed of processes each step of the way and if questions arose, they were answered immediately with great knowledge! The process was seamless from start to actual hook up! Super pleased with my new solar panels! Not to sound crazy but I think we're already noticing a difference with them. Topher and Lacee were the techs assisting us and they were so helpful! Kept my husband and I informed every step of the way. Minimal noise and the project was done super timely. Best Roof and Solar wanted me to hand over the full Insurance payment plus deductible even though they only did my roof and the insurance payment was for roof, fence, deck, gutters, etc.

Final invoice was higher than expected and when I inquired about it and reminded them that they only did my roof, they insisted I owed them the full insurance payout and that I did not understand how insurance claims work. I was able to point out what the roof costs should be per the insurance paperwork and they finally agreed I was right. They also sent me another client’s insurance documents by accident so that was another red flag.

Update: Ozge contacted me directly, apologized and explained that my rep was newer. I do feel confident working with Best Roof and Solar again knowing they will make things right if there’s any issues.

We could not be more happy with this project. Zak is awesome with providing and guiding us through the process from start to finish. The crews is great, being on time and finish installing the solar panel in an efficiency timely manner. Highly recommend these guys with Solar panels project. Satisfied and can't wait to see the saving.

As an engineer, I took pride in researching over a dozen different solar companies. I was quite pleased with Best, who had the highest quality panels in the market. (Look it up) but also had the best price. If other solar companies aren't making it work for you, don't give up on solar just yet, give these guys a shot. If anyone can make it work its them.

Best Roof and Solar did an outstanding job on the property I was listing.The home inspection revealed a major hail damage. The property needed new roof, new garage door, hot tub cover and new beading on almost all windows throughout. Best Roof and Solar were great! I called for a roof inspection after a hail storm. They had Zac out to my house 2 days later. He was great, he helped us along the whole process. He helped us start our claim with the insurance company and everything! From solar Removal to solar reinstall, it was only 1 week. They were fast professional and clean! These are services you hope to never require, but should you find yourself in an emergency flood situation I would highly recommend Tim Gutierrez and his team. Tim was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to save our hardwood floors and basement carpet. He was professional, punctual, and communicated very well. He was very personable, not only to us but also to our dogs. If we ever need help of this kind again we would gladly welcome Tim & 24/7 Flood Response back into our home.
