In looking at a few companies, Mike at 24/7 was the most knowledgeable and helpful. He was also really responsive, and I had access to him directly to his cell phone throughout the entire process. I recommend you work with 24/7 and ask for Mike to be in charge of your project.

Our sewer backed up into our basement bathroom one night last week. Ugh! After the clog was fixed, they recommended 24/7 Flood Response and contacted them for us. We received an immediate call back and Jesus was there early the next morning!

He had a mess to contend with, naturally, but was diligent and thorough in his work. When he ran into oddities along the way (drywall damage, old vinyl under carpet requiring asbestos testing), knew who to call and was able to expedite the job. He explained exactly what he would be doing, took photos, measurements and provided meticulous details.

He was a pleasure to work with! Heaven forbid we ever have another disaster to contend with. However, I feel much better knowing I have the right company to call!

As the name implies, they were very responsive, cleaned the affected area immediately and followed up to complete the repairs in a timely manner. I had this company out for my own stupidity of flooding my basement and let me just say they are amazing from start to finish. They helped me deal with the fact that the insurance wouldn't cover me and with the expenses out of pocket they went above and beyond to take care of me. Highly recommend them to others. They are like family.

We got introduced to Mike and 24/7 flood response by tipping hat after a pipe burst and sewage backed up in our basement! They helped with the clean up! Fast and efficiently! Made sure to test for asbestos (which we ended up testing positive for) then made sure to get a permit and had a team come out and clean the asbestos safely! Then they went above and beyond and made sure the rest of the rebuild happened! We can’t be more thankful to have our basement back! Thank you so much.

The restoration was amazing. Fast and thorough. However the reconstruction was terrible on the verge of being a huge issue fortunately we stood our ground and demanded a contract before any payment. Terry said that we didn’t need a contract that we could trust them and said that if we didn’t trust them that we should find another contractor. So we did. Again their flood response was great but the reconstruction should never be used. They advertise that they are a certified vendor for Allstate when in fact their reconstruction is not. Be very careful. We used Property Doctors for the reconstruction The insurance adjuster DID approve the estimate 24/7 wanted a check without a contract! PERIOD

24/7 was at my home with repair remedies within 2 hours of being contacted. Jan was amazing, and worked with us to accommodate keeping things moving forward while we were out of town. He has been in contact with my insurance and handling everything I thought I'd have to take on. Even my insurance adjuster mentioned how lucky we were that they didn't rip up the carpet and walls before hearing what insurance can cover, which solidified how trustworthy of a company this is. I would recommend them to anyone needing immediate water damage relief.

I had sewage back up occur in my home and the park I live in sent out this company. Honestly, everything at first seemed very professional, but as the work was getting done, it was pretty sloppy. I mean that is an understatement with the pulling out and removal of everything. They ended up leaving one of the spray bottles behind, a crowbar behind, a dozen garbage bags just littered underneath my single wide and ruined the carpet next to the bathroom that had the back up. They didn’t completely clean up the sewage back up. Some was leading into my yard and neighbors yard but Jan insisted that it was fine. Still smells but I woukd rather pay company than have him and his crew come back. One of the guys in his crew happened to fall through the subfloor during the cleanup. Landed on one of my waterlines causing a leak but I can’t prove that was leaking from him, but they absolutely pinched my HVAC line and he stated I had to have someone come out and fix that. Seems if you’re at fault for the damage for something, you should fix it. Like I said everything seemed professional from the start, I I would contact a different company or someone with more professional experience.

They acted quickly to tear down affected areas and minimize water damage, and they handled my personal belongings with great care.
