Mike did an excellent job with the home inspection. He arrived right on time and we had a detailed report with pictures that night. It was an 11 month home inspection before the one year warranty ran out. I am really glad we had it done since he found problems that need to be fixed that we never would have found. He is honest and unbiased about the gravity of each area of concern and walked us through which areas needed to be addressed by the seller and which we could fix ourselves.
