Stop the shop and call these people! After being taken for a ride with another HVAC company, I was referred to SingleTrack. John was absolutely amazing and was the difference maker for me. Very knowledgeable and truly cares. Took several of my phone calls and graciously answered all of my additional questions. Reasonably priced, didn’t oversell and kind. I’m on the schedule for installation and will update the review once completed. I have no doubt it’ll be done right.

Update - Travis and the Singletrack crew went above and beyond to make sure all of the issues that were discovered with the wiring in a 65 year old home were addressed, discussed, planned for, and updated as needed. The extra attention to all the details was awesome.

Harlan was wonderful to work with when our evaporative cooler stopped working in 90° heat. He explained everything that was going on and fixed it quickly. He also provided tips and suggestions on how to best maintain the unit. Overall great experience will use again.

I had a consultation with John D. and he was incredibly helpful with all the details. The price he quoted me was more competitive than anything I’d received to that point and did not feel coercive in anyway like some of the other engagements I had discussing prices. He fully explained the pros and cons of the partial versus total system replacement and worked with me to figure out what would best fit my house and current financial situation. John was incredibly personable and his years of experience led to a wealth of knowledge he could pull from to answer my many questions. Exceptional service! Brandon S. provided me service that will have me coming back. He was quick and efficient, took the time to answer all of my questions, and was friendly with my dogs.

From the very beginning of our new electrical installation Brandon was personable, knowledgeable and patient. He clearly explained the process and what was needed and helped guide us through some important decisions. He listened to what we wanted and provided valuable advice as we continued on with the project, keeping in mind both cost, aesthetics and efficiency. We really appreciated his efforts to keep us updated on the timeline and his proactive communication so that we could plan our days accordingly.
Travis also was on site and helped see the job through to completion. He made sure we knew what was happening each day and worked with our schedule so the power shutoff would not cause too big of an impact.
The final installation on the interior and exterior was done neatly and they made sure to keep the visual outcome as clean as possible. We so appreciate all of their efforts to help this project run smoothly and to complete it fast. Thank you!

Made a dumb homeowner mistake and put myself in a “no power” situation on a Friday afternoon. Owner picked up the phone, offered some advice and troubleshooting without charging me to send someone out and got me back up and running for the weekend. Super helpful, very polite and patient. He followed up with a call to ensure that everything was in order… used that has an opportunity to book his team to come out and complete a few projects that we have been waiting to do. If there were six stars, this would be a six star review.

Brandon and the folks at Singletrack took care of me. I had tried to get work from a different place and they went non-responsive. I called this place on Tuesday to see what they could do. As it turns out, they had a cancellation the next day and were able to send someone out Wednesday morning. They showed up, looked at what I needed, did some work and headed out all within about 20 minutes. This was done even quicker than the other place that went unresponsive indicated they could show up. If I need electrical work in the future I'll use these folks.

Update - Adam from Singletrack came out to work on a new project for me. It appears the companies I had used several years ago to install a furnace and water heater didn't know what they were doing. I needed to get a few thousand bucks of corrections done. Adam was great. Explained everything that was going on and got my furnace fixed up the way it should have been and did the same thing for the water heater. If I have to replace these again I'll just go though Singletrack again so it can get done right the first time.

Fantastic company to work with and Travis was excellent. They worked around their schedule to work the job in as it needed to be done ASAP. He and his apprentice Reed installed a new panel and two ceiling fans. I’m very happy with the results on both jobs and would definitely hire them again.

John is a very knowledgeable, experienced hvac technician.
He explained all the issues that I was having with my old furnace and what we need to do to fix the problem. I definitely trust his judgment and look forward to doing business with Single Track!

I worked with Nick, Noelle, Lisa, Juan and Peter at Singletrack on my extensive kitchen renovation project. Our project included new electrical wiring and outlets throughout the kitchen, new and upgraded lighting wiring and fixture installation, and replacing our 20+-year-old maxed out electrical panel with a new panel and whole-home surge protector. Nick was our primary workman and did a fantastic job; he was very communicative, on time, easy to have around the house while working, and provided great guidance for decisions. Noelle and Lisa made scheduling and communication a breeze and were super friendly to work with. Singletrack was also affordable for the extensive work we had done with them. Alejandro and Reza did an exceptional job relamping our warehouse! They were both communicative, pleasant, and efficient. I would highly recommend their services.

John D came out today to assist us with some AC issues. He quickly spotted a problem with a clogged U-trap that was causing condensation to pool where it shouldn’t, and resolved the issue. He was extremely courteous and very considerate of our home. He took the time to explain our options and gave us everything we needed to know to make our decision. We’ve used Singletrack for electrical work in the past and are thrilled they offer HVAC services now as well. It is tough finding decent contractors and not feeling pressured by sales tactics. This company doesn’t do that. Highly recommended and trustworthy.

Just had the furnace inspected by John. He did a great job. Very thorough. He knows his HVACs. He went through the report with me and took plenty of time to answer my questions. We went over a couple of things that might improve airflow, things to think about in the future.

We have a Singletrack membership - well worth it. Peace of mind to know how well our systems are working. And the good thing for me is that they schedule the annual checkups ahead of time, I don't have to eventually get around to scheduling.

And more kudos to Harlen. He really knows his stuff as well. Especially the swamp cooler (we have an old house). He knows furnaces too. He also takes the time to go over my questions.

The install was efficient, the worksite left immaculate, and Jarod even left printed instructions for properly connecting a generator to our home. They were great! This isn’t the first time I’ve used them for my electrical needs. I highly recommend them. Quality work and good electrical work. I had all my switches and outlets updated and fixing of some trouble spots from a handyman and previous owners. If you’re in the area I highly recommend. The work I had done a few years ago by them also has held up amazing.
