Singletrack called with a "special" to flush my hot water heater. That is great but I needed to get my hot water heat on for the upcoming season. They don't usually do this type of job but said they would look at it. That is appreciated! Harlan didn't just take a look, he solved my problem at a very reasonable fee. I hope Singletrack doesn't forget to remind me next year.

Great company. Mike in the office was able to get someone out the next day to give a quote. They even asked for the inspection from the real estate inspection to be prepared for the job. Mike came out the next day and gave a fair quote that was similar to another company. I can't say enough good things as they were fast and honest.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Brandon from Single Track Home Services for a comprehensive electrical upgrade throughout our home, and I truly couldn’t be more impressed.

Brandon came to provide a quote for several projects including installing electrical for an outdoor TV, speakers, and ceiling fans on our back patio, under-cabinet lighting in our kitchen, workstation, and pantry, new outlets for bedside sconces, additional outlets and USB ports throughout the house (built in 2006), upgraded electrical in our master bathroom (including outlets, a vanity light for makeup, and wiring for an Echo Dot screen), and most importantly — electrical for a bidet in our water closet, which is essential for me after a back injury.

From start to finish, Brandon was incredibly patient, thoughtful, and thorough. He explained every recommendation clearly, answered all of my questions without ever rushing me, and took the time to consider the unique needs of our home and our lifestyle — especially with the demands of today’s smart technology. His approach was not only methodical and detail-oriented, but also creative and forward-thinking.

On top of all that, my border collie absolutely loved him — which, in our house, is a true stamp of approval!

John Devillier was amazing! His knowledge and thoroughness at explaining everything to me was so helpful. When making big decisions it is so important to have a thorough understanding of the equipment, installation, quality, advantages, disadvantages, options and John explained everything to me. So appreciative of the time he spent to make sure my many questions were answered.

John was so thorough, so kind, so patient and so knowledgeable. He ran a number of options by me, wrote them all up, no pressure at all, and even offered some repair options, though it’s clear I’m looking at replacement. He said I could take my time, call with any questions, advised me to pay close attention to the various warranties as I was evaluating the various choices, and was just generally super helpful. Feeling grateful for all the information and a trustworthy company.

So, today was about redoing a few things. Chad did a great job. He put a power surge protector in our electrical panel, installed an eyeball light in an LED ceiling can fixture & replaced 2 ceiling fans for me with more modern versions. He was super pleasant to work with, as is Single Track Electric.

Lost power in my garage where I have two freezers loaded with food and a refrigerator. My scheduled appt was 5-7pm but was delayed due to a difficult job ahead of me. I was fine with waiting till the next morning, but Jordan called me about 7:30 stating he had completed the previous job and was on his way as long as I was ok with me. I agreed( told my wife that he sounded all too cheerful for someone having to continue working this late at night) Jordan was very professional and very personal and incredibly positive. Jordan discussed my problem and asked questions on what I was doing when my power went out. He reviewed the cost with me and the options I had. Total cost was exactly what he quoted me He spent over 3 1/2 hours figuring out my problem. It ended up being a problem in my basement which he fixed. He obviously is a very skilled electrician as I followed him around while he diagnosed the problem. He clearly explained the steps he took diagnosing the problem I am very happy with the service I received and highly recommend Jordan and Singletract Electriic.
