I started a project for our basement finish I thought I could do myself and got in over my head so I called A1. They were more than happy to come out and fix my screw up. Super thankful for these guys don't hesitate to give them a call.

Tom did a great job with my heater maintenance and repair and was great about answering my numerous questions about the system itself. Highly recommend!

They have been wonderful with communication and when the part we needed to remedy our AC unit was back ordered for 120 days they went above and beyond by getting me a more expensive part and discounting it to my original quote in order to get the unit fixed in time for our closing. I would highly recommend A1. They were able to get us looked at quickly when our a/c went out when we had company from out of town. Our tech Hunter was fantastic!

Called them Monday morning due to my water heater being out and they came out right away to check it out and then were able to replace it that afternoon. I had hot water by the evening. The customer service is great and the employees are super friendly. Also, my parents AC wasn’t working yesterday and they came out today and fixed their AC. Such a great company and very knowledgeable people who work here. Recommend 100%! Thank you A1 for being such a great company.

We have been long time customers with A1 Heating and Air Conditioner, over 20 years. They come thru every time. Fast service calls, friendly staff, reasonably priced. We’ve had both heat and A/C work done over the years and they will continue to be our number one phone call. Thomas gave us our bid for adding a humidifier to our furnace, he informed us of all our options and explained them well. Hunter installed the humidifier and explained everything that we needed to know and he also did a maintenance check on our furnace. Great customer service by both!

Just no words! Worked into the nights, a full day Saturday and changed a system that we moved into this place in 2000 as old as the house. From the early 70's. It's not easy finding good people in this valley! I've found them. I highly recommend Tim et all. From A-1! I feel like I can call in the dead of winter and have help. I've not felt that before. 👍♥️

Hunter Joines was friendly informative and very polite he figured out my issue within minutes of getting started. I have had 3 HVAC technicians come and couldn't figure it out and he did immediately.

Great experience every time. Thomas never disappoints. The service is consistent, reliable, and always satisfying. He is very hands on and checks every part carefully and doesn’t rush through the job, taking his time to make sure everything is performing the way it should and the system is fully serviced and taken care of before he leaves.

Called A-1 Heating and Air conditioning from a referral I got and I am glad I did. Hunter came out to see why our AC unit wouldn’t kick on. He found the problem very quickly and resolved the issue. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We didn’t have a good experience with the previous company that we had out to look at the AC so I’m very appreciative of the result today. A-1 Heating is wonderful to work with! Andrew is both professional and friendly. My heater stopped working and I couldn't get the flames re-lit. Andrew was the oncall technician on a Sunday - Andrew found a bird's nest inside the air intake; due to its location it was difficult to get to. He didn't give up and was able to remove the blockage using ingenuity and patience. Top notch service all around!

At 12:30 a.m on Saturday night temp was 20 degrees outside, my furnace quit working. I went down the list Google brought up, A-1 was 4th, and the only company that could or would come before 7:30 a.m. Aaron, was there in 20 minutes like he said, and honored as well that he would only charge me the service call fee, if it was a quick fix, like he suspected by my description over the phone. I think they live up to their name A -1!!

First appointment was a no show.
Second appointment was a month later., one hour late. Forgot his drill, so I loaned him one.
Third appointment a month later to fix spotty work, showed up on time and attempted to charge another 200 dollars., I made him pick up his trash from last month and told him to get out of my house. Very unprofessional.

A1 Heating and Air has been absolutely top notch for years. Every technician I’ve worked with—Mark, Aaron, Thomas, and Hunter—has been professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely great to work with. They show up on time, explain everything clearly, and always make sure the job is done right.
