Jason and Angelo from Mccormick Heating/Cooling were incredible. Professional, clean, efficient and transparent. Really nice to get our new AC, Furnace and Coil done in one day and they also fixed some exhaust ports and moved some duct work to accommodate a bigger filter for our first home. Really happy with the company and the final product!

Had an appointment for a furnace replacement through American Home Shield. The folks at McCormick were very accommodating answering all questions with kindness and respect. David the installer was very punctual, ringing the door bell at exactly 0800 for a 0800-0900 appointment show time. The installation went smooth, answered all questions and reviewed all his work before leaving. David left the area clean and took all refuse with him. I wouldn't hesitate to use McCormick for any future HVAC needs. Highly recommend!

Have always had a great experience with Mccormick Heating and Cooling. Initially was referred to them by my home warranty company. They do my yearly preseason furnace checks. And most recently, David and Angelo and Justin were here to install a new furnace. Excellent communication from the office as well as the technicians prior to arrival. Professional on-site, explained the process well, left a very clean workspace when they were finished. Kudos to them for having to do all of this in a crawlspace!!

After a tech had done a great job fixing the A/C last summer, the heat went out. I requested American Home Shield set me up again with McCormick.

I spoke with Miracle, one of the dispatchers, who set up an appointment for the next day. She got me into contact with whomever I needed to speak to throughout the process, and was infinitely patient.

After inspecting the furnace, Josiah told me it was very likely DOA, and that it was more than 30 years old. Josiah explained AHS's policy regarding replacing equipment that old in case parts weren't available, i.e., there would be a cost share for a new furnace.

Josiah said he would submit a report and get a quote to fix or replace the furnace ASAP – I received a text from him the same day telling me the quote was in for a replacement as parts were no longer available.

I received a contract the next day. After signing
it, (of course) I thought I should go with a higher capacity system than the old one. I spoke with Jesse, the owner, and he agreed.

Taylor who coordinates quotes worked on cancelling the old contract and getting a new quote. Most certainly not something easily accomplished with AHS. She was able to cancel the original contract and re-spec the furnace with the one Jesse determined would be better suited for the house. The additional cost was only about $300 more for a 35% higher BTU system.

David was the installer. The space behind the furnace was very tight; he custom installed the new system reversed to provide easy access to the filter box and to the innards from the front. This required a great deal of re-routing and adding to the exhaust to reach the vent, and fabricating a sheet metal adapter for the top so that the A/C unit would fit and seal properly.

An issue developed a few days later where the furnace kept going on and off every 10 minutes or so. David came down from Greely at the end of his workday. He tested the system, and replaced the thermostat. He didn't get on the road home until 7:30 that night.

Kay oversees compliance. She was on top of getting a permit after the installation as one was not pulled initially because there was no heat. Kay scheduled an inspection, and the work passed without a hitch.

I know this is long but I wanted to fully convey the dedication McCormick has to going the extra mile for customers, to teamwork, technical expertise, and craftsmanship. They are also absolute masters in working with home warranty companies. I greatly appreciate their putting up with me, and the awsome job they did.

I highly recommend McCormick without reservation.

I highly recommend McCormick HVAC! They just finished servicing my furnace and I couldn't be happier. The technician was extremely thorough— he cleaned the flame sensor, and performed a full safety check for gas and carbon monoxide. He also installed an A/C coil safety switch. It’s a huge relief knowing the system is running safely and efficiently. Professional, knowledgeable, and great communication. 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Justin and the team at McCormick Heating & Cooling were excellent. They took the time to thoroughly diagnose issues with my boiler, test multiple valves, and walk through the system carefully to identify the most cost-effective solution rather than just recommending unnecessary replacements. Their approach was thoughtful, transparent, and very professional.

Justin in particular was fantastic—knowledgeable, patient, and clearly experienced. He explained what he was doing at each step and made sure everything was working properly before finishing the job. In the end they replaced the necessary components and got the entire system running perfectly.

It’s rare to find a company that is this honest, responsive, and detail-oriented. Highly recommend McCormick Heating & Cooling if you want quality work and technicians who genuinely care about doing the job right.
