We unfortunately kicked off the new year with our furnace going out. We contacted Mikes H&A and immediately received great customer care. They showed up with space heaters and thoroughly checked the furnace unit to confirm that it’d need replaced. Upon having to wait for the new unit we were never left on the back burner. We felt genuinely cared about. After all was completed I would recommend M&A to anyone needing work done on their furnace. The job was done with precise care and the space was left very well taken care of.

I called this company on a Saturday morning about a non-functioning furnace and immediately received a 10 am appointment for that morning. Mike came out to the house on time, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, and clearly and patiently answered my questions. The company charged a very reasonable fee for the service.
