Justin replaced my furnace today - we have worked with a lot of contractors, but Justin was by far the most courteous and professional one yet. He took care to use drop cloths, was polite, friendly and even early. What impressed me the most was that he thought of the end user - he moved our switch to where it was more accessible and built a custom door for our air filters with instructions to help me! Way to go

David was very professional while he replaced my entire furnace. He explained the new system to me as well as the warranty. David did fabricate a new vent tube for our water heater as well as the old one did not fit properly even though he didn’t have to. Thank you!

JB and Angelo were awesome installing our new system after the previous system (30 years old) failed. They answered all of my many questions and left the crawlspace nicer than how they found it. They paid attention to detail and made sure everything was in working order before leaving, can't recommend them enough.

This is the first time since I bought AGS, that I was assigned a local, friendly and competent company. Josiah came out day of issue and by a week, the furnace was ordered and installed. Thank you Jason for great installation.

I had a thermostat that was out, Josiah came and was more interested in selling me a new system than assisting in the repair. He was so focused on a sale, he failed to replace the thermostat and my renters sat for 4 days (cold) without heat! The proposals were OUTRAGEOUS for a new system and he told me it was 400.00 to replace a 40.00 thermostat. Very disingenuous company. BEWARE! There are many much better companies out there.

Technicians, David and Jason were so thorough, polite, knowledgeable, fast and incredibly helpful to help me understand how to best take care of this AC unit. This is a first class operation. I was absolutely thrilled to meet these guys and work with them. McCormick is so lucky to have such incredible technicians.
