I’d highly recommend Roger and Pete to clean your windows and screens! They did a thorough and careful job both inside and out. They bring all their own materials and ladders, help you move furniture and are friendly and polite. I’m sold and will use them exclusively. Great job done efficiently and flexibly.

Today was our first experience with Picture Perfect Windows. Eathan and Pete were awesome! They were prompt, did a great job with the windows and screens, were extremely polite and professional and very personable. They must be great guys - our golden, Teddy sure likes them. We're looking forward to using PPW every time we need our windows cleaned in the future! We HIGHLY recommend them!!

Pond with waterfall; flow stopped despite good pump. Two workers and office guys figured out the likely problem and solution and fixed it on 2 visits. On time, good phone communications, pleasant, knowledgeable workers and supervisors. Put everything back in its place. I am very happy with this company and will use them when I need pond service.

BR&D designed and and extended our pond about 10 years ago. We have used them for maintenance and spring clean-up ever since. I recommend that you use them. Brad, the owner is very hands-on and responsive.

BR&D has done work in our front yard. In addition we have had them build a raised veggie garden and we love everything they have done. They were fairly priced and did a very good job! Our neighbors have even commented on how much better our home looks.

I am sorely disappointed in this landscaping company. I'm in the process of getting bids for a home project and the first person at this company I spoke with said the scope of my work is exactly what they do and they'd be happy to come out and give me a bid. The next week I was contacted and asked if they could come by my home in the next 30 minutes for the bid. This timing was not possible for me, but they assured me they would contact me soon to set up a time. The next call I received was from them telling me that they really don't do the type of work that I want done and that I should contact someone else. I understand that this is a busy time of year, however I was very clear from the beginning what my project entailed. I don't know how long a company can stay in business if they continue to blow off customers. **UPDATE** I spoke with Brett, the owner yesterday and appreciate his time. He said they take their reviews seriously, and he seemed like a decent guy. He attributed the estimator's behavior to perhaps a bad day which I understand and know we all have. If I were to contact the company again I would recommend asking to speak to Brett, but unfortunately I would not trust his estimator to do a decent job or provide a fair bid.

My family and I were looking to do something different with the hillside portion of my landscape. It was nothing other than native grass, difficult to maintain, and really just lacking any backyard appeal for the size of landscape that I have. We were leery of Colorado landscapers. One company wanted to remove and or move existing shrubs and plantings to move in equipment (for some reason, they refused to use the readily available open space). Other companies refused to itemize their quotes and tell us exactly what they were planning to put in our backyard (to me it seemed like they didn't want the customer to see how the amount of product lined up (or didn't line up) with projected costs). I basically just halted the process and waited an additional year to move forward on the construction of a pond. When I did move forward it was with BR&D.

I found BR&D from Aquascape. They came highly recommended, and seemed like a good local company to partner with. When I first met Brett (Owner) and Tyler (Senior Foreman) at my home, I was extremely relieved at not getting a lofty sales pitch. They were much more interested in what they could carve out in my landscape, what I would be happy with, and actually went into detail about the maintenance involved in the various options we talked about for about an hour and a half. I hired them on the spot, and I couldn't be more happier with the results. The company is very detail oriented. Tyler is a perfectionist. There was always a senior member of the company present on my project; everyday, without fail. The products that were used, were as promised, and the installation of those products was checked, double checked, and checked again, daily, until closeout of the project. We do a lot of landscaping ourselves and hence was pretty much in the landscape on a daily basis while the pond construction was in progress. Rather than get annoyed at that, BR&D seemed to get more excited about the project and used the time to give us tips, and further explain details of remaining phases of construction. My pond has run consistently without fail for a year now. That includes through the winter where temperatures dropped to around -20F in my area. I am the only person in my neighborhood that has had a pond running consistently through fall, through spring, through summer, and completely through winter.

I'd also like to point out that communication with the company has been nothing short of A+. This is a busy company, but they make you feel like you're their highest priority when you have an issue. The company has responded to my queries on weekends and times that I would consider outside of standard business hours. One thing I've never heard from BR&D is "it's your fault". This company has never accused me, the customer, of doing anything in an effort to remove themselves from a situation. They have simply addressed all of my concerns - in some cases in less than 24 hours. As a new pond owner I've definitely made mistakes, but BR&D, have offered encouragement, and education on how to keep a stocked pond thriving, without any attempts to sell services. They turned a rather large useless portion of my landscape into something spectacular. They are into the art and science of what they do; the group deserves good clients, that are serious about what they want to build. I would highly recommend contacting and contracting BR&D for your landscaping needs. In my experience, they are a rarity in Colorado.

It's hard to imagine a more efficient, thoughtful, and responsive team than BR and D Landscape. We had a "landscaping emergency" with an event moved to our yard unexpectedly. It was last minute, and BR and D was booking two months in the future, but when Bev and Brett heard our situation they came to our rescue and within a couple days had our yard beautifully landscaped and prepared for the big event. Not only that, though, their crew - including Brett himself - was polite, neat, and incredibly hard-working. They put in 10 hour days without more than a few minutes for lunch to get the job done in time for the crowd to arrive. We couldn't have done it without them, and we won't do any other yard/landscape work without them in the future. They are wonderful, and we are grateful to them

I am so pleased with the job BR&D did on my front yard. They are a group of very compassionate professionals. My husband had just passed away after a very long illness and my yard was a disaster. I needed to have a low maintenance yard but my finances were tight, since my husband was unable to work for a year and I was his caregiver. BR&D worked within my budget and I am so pleased and grateful that they were there to help me at the right time. They completely transformed my yard and my stress is so reduced not having to worry about the constant maintenance. I highly recommend BR&D and will call them again.

We used BR&D Landscape to build a flagstone courtyard and half wall on the front of our house. They also removed brick pavers from the front porch and put on flagstone. We couldn't be more pleased. Brett and his crew were very attentive to details, letting us select our own pallets, routing the downspouts underground and thinking to include cleanouts. Crews worked very hard in the hot July sun on the sunny side of house. They came everyday until he job was complete. We plan on using BR&D Landscape again for back patio.

I have had the pleasure of working with BR&D Landscape Inc, for several years, and they are an extraordinary company. Everyone on their staff is friendly. Their work is stunning! They are very knowledgeable, and are incredible craftsman. I highly recommend BR&D Landscape Inc, to anyone. Especially if you need pond work done!

BR&D has been a great company to work with. They helped me get the pond I was looking for. Another contractor started the job, but abandoned the project before completion... I contacted BR&D and they worked with my budget to get the feature we were looking for. They have been great to help me learn how to maintain it and keep it looking great! I would highly recommend them.

I hired BR&D to clean my koi pond this spring. They did a very thorough job. I mentioned the pond had been losing water more rapidly than usual. They inspected the waterfalls, made some minor adjustments and significantly improved the pond’s performance. I have had the pond cleaned numerous times over the years and this was by far my best experience. I highly recommend using BR&D.

Bret, Tyler and his crew did and amazing job on my new pondless stream. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to create a beautiful water feature. They are the best. Also, they showed up at 7am each morning as promised and cleaned up everything each day!
