BR&D landscape designed a beautiful koi pond with an amazing waterfall. They were very efficient and the whole crew was friendly and amazing to work with. They took the extra time to make sure our existing yard was maintained during construction, and picked up the worksite every evening. They are Certified Aquascape Contractors and designed a low maintenance water feature that we love. They worked within our budget to create a relaxing oasis!

Brett, Tyler and team were true professionals in all aspects of our project. They protected the area they were working in and the grass which they had to move materials over. Tyler has the artistic eye when designing and placing the boulders and rocks to form the water feature. We would recommend BR&D over and over again. I contacted BRD after it became clear the landscape company I had hired was out of their league. I wish I had found them first so they could've done my whole yard.
It was a six-month wait but completely worth it. They've just finished a BEAUTIFUL water feature that turned out better than I could have imagined. I met with Brett in Sep2022 and he seemed to understand exactly what I wanted. Come March2023 he had reviewed what we'd talked about six months earlier and knew exactly what we'd talked about. I've never met a contractor who did that. It's so clear he and his team are passionate about what they do and take pride in their work. Brett picked boulders according to my color requests and was excited he found ones that would make great waterfalls. 3.5 days later I have the most amazing three-waterfall feature that sounds like heaven. He and Cole reviewed all the parts and maintenance and made sure I understood everything.
If you get a cheaper bid for your project, I can assure you you'll get what you pay for, for better or worse. BRD is a great value and it's worth the wait.

Gabriel showed up he was a nice young man very professional and worked really hard. I was embarrassed on how bad my carpets had gotten. Excellent experience. Elijah was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. We did the rotary carpet cleaning and the whole house looks great! Getting a quote over the phone and setting the appointment was easy. They sent mssgs to confirm the quote, appt time, and when Elijah was on his way. Flawless process from start to finish. Called Thursday evening and left message. Company rep Josh texted next morning and was able to squeeze us in that day (Friday) at 1pm. Josh showed up on time—we briefly discussed our concerns for elderly father in laws home. Josh has amazing listening skills and is a professional 100%. I scheduled my appointment only 3 days prior. I had two roommates leaving and were supposed to have all their stuff out before the appointment, however, instead they still had stuff in the way in several rooms. Our appointment was scheduled from 1 to 3pm

Joshua asked if we wanted to switch places with a later appointment, however, because the landlords were coming over at 4pm for the final walkthrough, we were unable to do that.

Joshua patiently waited for 30 minutes while the boys finished clearing the space and their cleaners vacuumed.

I had also asked if Joshua would include a rug in the carpet cleaning package I scheduled when I spoke to him on the phone and he said he would see what he could do. But after the feeling quite guilty that he already had been so patient I didn't have the heart to bring it up after he finished the rest of the house. However, as I was organizing some items into that room, he approached me about it and cleaned it as part of the package.

I had scheduled the rotary carpet cleaning package to ensure the carpets were pristine - and by the time he was done, they looked amazing!

I am extremely pleased with not only the quality of service I recieved but with the exceptional quality of his demeanor, patience, and understanding.

Of course, that all being said, I hope that no one takes advantage of that and expects him to do this every time. I was appalled and embarrassed at my roommates' unpreparedness and blatant disregard for his time.
